Charitable Giving Program provides for a portion of every transaction to be designated to the service group or charitable organization of the advisor’s choosing. Below are just a few of our successful charitable giving stories.

Our mission is to provide local youth with the opportunity to engage in soccer in order to improve their physical, mental, emotional, and social development. The Clearwater Properties Charitable Giving Program and other organizations have been instrumental in making this goal a reality.

Clearwater Properties was essential to the Club’s park development project, with cash donations, labor and the cost of necessary items like grass seed, topsoil, sand, and fertilizer.

With volunteer help from local contractors, the LSC was able to save considerably on labor costs. Monetary donations have provided the necessary materials for an underground irrigation system.

The generosity of Clearwater Properties has significantly impacted the success of the Lewistown Soccer Club’s park development project and has enabled the LSC to continue its mission of promoting youth development through soccer. The club expresses its gratitude for the support and looks forward to continuing to progress on the park’s development.

Elder Help

EH is an organization committed to assisting seniors to remain independent and safe in their homes by keeping them supplied with firewood. Clearwater Properties’ Charitable Giving Program has played a vital role in helping them achieve their mission.

Elder Help (EH) delivered firewood to seniors who rely on wood for heat during the 2022–23 winter season. This critical supply was delivered to qualifying seniors at no cost, thanks to donations from businesses and associations like Clearwater Properties. A total of 50 cords of wood helped sustain our local senior citizens.

Donations also allow EH to purchase and maintain wood delivery vehicles and all things vehicle related. Additionally, the financial support helps EH to cover the expenses addressing safety issues in their homes, provides health and wellbeing assistance to the seniors, thus ensuring that they can continue to live independently and safely.

Clearwater Properties’ Charitable Giving Program has been a tremendous support to Elder Help and to our elderly community.

VFW - Noxon

Our organization is devoted to assisting veterans in need while promoting American Constitutional awareness and history and displaying the nation’s flag. They also provide firewood for heat and gas gift cards to veterans for essential medical appointments.

Through their Patriotic Pen Program, the VFW offers scholarships to students. Each year, approximately 112,000 students from grades 6-8 throughout the USA enter to win one of several savings bonds totaling $1.2 million and an all-expense-paid trip to Washington, D.C.

Recently, the VFW improved the flag poles in downtown Noxon by replacing lanyards and installing LED lights. These flagpoles provide a powerful symbol of patriotism for the community.

Clearwater Properties’ Charitable Giving Program has played a significant role in enabling the Noxon-VFW to continue their meaningful work of honoring veterans and promoting American values. The donation in monetary funds have helped the VFW bring necessary upgrades to the flagpoles, essential resources for veterans in need, and scholarships to students through the Patriotic Pen Program.

The VFW is grateful for their support and is excited to continue positively impacting the community. Thanks to the assistance of Clearwater Properties and other local organizations, the VFW can continue its essential mission of serving those who have served our country.
