All provisions of the Ohio Revised Code, as it relates to bid guarantees, conditions, liabilities, and withdrawal of a bid are pertinent to this contract. The proposal must be made on the forms provided therefore in the contract documents, or a copy thereof, with a lump sum price quoted for the work. All contractors and subcontractors involved with the project will, to the extent practicable,

use Ohio products, materials, services, and labor in the implementation of their project. Additionally, contractor compliance with the equal employment opportunity requirements of Ohio Administrative Code Chapter 123, the Governor’s Executive Order of 1972, and Governor’s Executive Order 84-9 shall be required. During the month of April the following classes will be offered: Informational Social Media workshop on Tuesday, April 2nd, Business Facebook class on Tuesday April 9th, LinkedIn and Photography for Small Business class on Tuesday April 30th, Microsoft Excel Class on Wednesday April 3rd and a Small Business Contracting Certification Workshop will be offered on Wednesday, April 24th. During the month of May a Business Plan class will be offered, this is a five day training, May 8th, 13th, 15th, 20th and 22nd. In the month of June a QuickBooks Class will be offered on Wednesday, June 12th. (The Informational Social Media workshop on Tuesday, April 2nd is a Brown County Chamber training with ABCAP and R. Varney Marketing + Photography collaborating with the Brown County Chamber. This workshop will have a small fee. All other trainings do not have a fee).
