NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CHANGING THE NAME OF A TOWNSHIP ROAD CHARMALEE DRIVE OFF STATE ROUTE 132 (T-526) TO CLEMENTINE COURT IN BATAVIA TOWNSHIP The Board of County Commissioners of Clermont County, Ohio, having received a request from the Board of Batavia Township Trustees to change the name of Charmalee Drive off State Route 132 (T-526) to Clementine Court situated in Batavia Township, Clermont County, Ohio, and in Gibbons Military Survey No. 493, and being more particularly described as follows: Being all of Charmalee Drive as shown in Charmalee Subdivision recorded in PB D page 210 of the Clermont County Recorder’s Office. Beginning at the centerline intersection of SR 132 and extending west to the centerline intersection of Virginia Drive, for a total distance of 400’ or 0.076 miles. will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, June 10, 2020, at 11:00 A.M. Local Time in the Office of the Board of County Commissioners, 101 East Main Street, Batavia, Ohio 45103-2960 to consider if there is good cause and if it is in the best interest for said name change pursuant to and in compliance with Section 5541.04 of the Ohio Revised Code.
