The seat will be available November 2018, for the remainder of a 4-year term ending December 2021, and may be appointed to 3 consecutive terms. This Board Member appointment does not require that an immediate family member on an Individual be eligible for services from the Brown County Board of Developmental Disabilities. Date: October 11, 2018. 1.2 ANNOUNCEMENT A. Georgetown Exempted Village Schools is inviting General Contractors to submit a Bid for the construction of new ballfield concession buildings, dugouts and entrance features located at 1043 Mt. Orab Pike, Georgetown Ohio 45121. Owner will receive sealed Bids at the Administration Office, located at the same address, until 9:00 AM EST on the 25th day of October, 2018, at which time the Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. B. Project Description: Construction of new 1-story unconditioned masonry concession building with restroom, visitor and home masonry dugouts buildings, and entrance features with concrete plaza for the baseball and softball fields. Project also includes new field fencing and backstops as well as extension of existing utilities to the new concession buildings. C. Bidders shall acknowledge the Project completion time by signing in the space provided on the Bid Form. D. General Contractors are required to prequalify to the requirements as described in Document 00 21 13 - Instructions to Bidders. E.
