SECTION 00 11 16 INVITATION TO BID 1.1 BID INFORMATION A. Project: Georgetown Exempted Village Schools – Ballfield Improvements. B. Owner: Georgetown Exempted Village Schools. C. Architect: McGill Smith Punshon, Inc. D. Date: May 8, 2019. 1.2 ANNOUNCEMENT A. Georgetown Exempted Village Schools is inviting General Contractors to submit a Bid for the construction of new dugouts and ballfield improvements located at 1043 Mt. Orab Pike, Georgetown Ohio 45121. Owner will receive sealed Bids at the Administration Office, located at the same address, until 9:00 AM EST on the 29th day of May 2019, at which time the Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids received after the indicated time will not be opened and returned to the party submitting the bid. B. Project Description: Construction of new visitor and home masonry dugout buildings, concrete plazas and sidewalks, and new field fencing and backstops for the baseball and softball fields. C. Bidders shall acknowledge the Project completion date of September 10, 2019 by signing in the space provided on the Bid Form. D. Estimated Project Cost: $ 227,000.00 E. General Contractors are required to prequalify to the requirements as described in Document 00 21 13 - Instructions to Bidders. F. Bid Documents for a Stipulated Price contract may be ob-
