ABCAP Housing Specialist
A Housing Specialist is needed for the ABCAP Housing Department. Some of the duties include working on site at housing projects and providing the following services: collect rent and other charges; process move-ins and moveouts; prepare interim and annual re-certifications; prepare maintenance reports and insure that maintenance is completed when needed; make rent deposits and create reports each month; application intake and interviews; maintain waiting list; preparing for reviews; conduct yearly inspections of units. Qualifications: associate’s degree in business related field is preferred; one year experience in managing a public housing program or related business experience may be considered in lieu of degree; must have proficient computer skills; must have the ability to develop and write reports; should have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills;. Individual must maintain confidential information; must have a valid Ohio Driver’s license with clean driving record which meets the agency’s fleet insurance company standards.
