This solicitation process will determine the most responsible and cost-effective manufacturer. Sealed Qualifications Submittals will be received at Village Hall, 33 Logans Ln., West Union, Ohio 45693 until 2:00 PM on January 10, 2019 for the New Wastewater Treatment Plant – West Union, Ohio ACTIVATED SLUDGE & AEROBIC DIGESTION PROCESS EQUIPMENT PROCUREMENT Additional project data and qualification submittal package must be in accordance with documents available from CT Consultants, Inc., 8150 Sterling Court, Mentor, Ohio 44060 at a non refundable cost of Twenty Dollars ($20.00) [mailed]. Subsequent proposals from notified manufacturers shall consist of additional/more detailed information on the equipment, the required proposal forms, and a lump sum price that will be used to complete a Best Value evaluation of complete activated sludge and aerobic digestion process, inclusive of manufacturer’s equipment, associated ancillary equipment, appurtenances, and operation and maintenance costs. Based on a “Best Value” evaluation, the Village intends to select one manufacturer to enter into an agreement (contract) to provide the equipment and services. The Village will then assign the agreement to the general construction contractor for the WWTP. The Village reserves the right to reject or accept any and all Qualifications Submittals or to waive any and all informalities and the right to disregard all non-conforming or non-responsive Submittals.
