This position will manage the construction, maintenance and operations of ARECʼs electrical system including the equipment, vehicle and ARECʼs Safety Programs. Requirements: Applicant must have a high school diploma or equivalent. A minimum of ten years progressively responsible experience in electric utility operations, construction, and maintenance with proven supervisory experience in all phases of distribution including substations is preferred. Possess a working knowledge of all operational aspects of an electric utility. Possess a working knowledge of R.U.S. specifications and standards, the R.U.S. Approved List of Materials, National Electrical Safety Code, National Electrical Code, OSHA regulations and other applicable codes and regulations. Must have a thorough working knowledge of computers and software programs. AREC offers an excellent NRECA benefits/ retirement package, and a competitive salary commensurate with experience and qualifications.
