MANAGER OF OPERATIONS
Adams Rural Electric Cooperative Inc. is accepting resumes for the position of Manager of Operations at its office in West Union, Ohio. This position will manage the construction, maintenance and operations of ARECʼs electrical system including the equipment, vehicle and ARECʼs Safety Programs. Requirements: Applicant must have a high school diploma or equivalent. A minimum of ten years progressively responsible experience in electric utility operations, construction, and maintenance with proven supervisory experience in all phases of distribution including substations is preferred. Possess a working knowledge of all operational aspects of an electric utility. Possess a working knowledge of R.U.S. specifications and standards, the R.U.S. Approved List of Materials, National Electrical Safety Code, National Electrical Code, OSHA regulations and other applicable codes and regulations. Must have a thorough working knowledge of computers and software programs. AREC offers an excellent NRECA benefits/ retirement package, and a competitive salary commensurate with experience and qualifications.
