INVITATION TO BID The Adams County Board of Commissioners on behalf of the Adams County Department of Job and Family Services will receive sealed bids at their office located at the Government Center, 215 N. Cross Street, Suite 102, West Union, Ohio beginning Monday, April 15, 2019 through Friday, May 17, 2019, by 11:00 A.M. for transportation services. Transportation services to be provided include: 1. Non-Emergency Transportation (NET) 2. Pregnancy Related Services Transportation 3. Title XX Transportation 4. TANF Related Transportation 5. Dispatch Services for ACDJFS transportation services. NET and Pregnancy Related transportation services will be provided for Medicaid recipients to receive medical services from Medicaid providers. Title XX transportation services will be provided to eligible Title XX recipients to access services or obtain medical services. TANF related transportation will be provided to TANF eligible recipients for employment and training related services. BIDDERS must submit the following information (1-4) for each transportation service the bidder wishes to provide. 1. ONE price per loaded mile which will include both in county and out of county services. Loaded mile is defined as consumer’s pickup point to drop off point. There will be no payment to vendor for “no shows” or” dry runs”. 2. Written verification demonstrating qualifications and experience to provide reliable and safe transportation. 3. Price per loaded mile for “dispatch” services for the county transportation program. 4. Written verification demonstrating qualification and experience to provide “dispatch” services. The Adams County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any and all bids. Bids will be opened at 8:00 A.M. on Monday, May 20, 2019 at the office of the Adams County Commissioners. The Adams County Commissioners also reserve the right to offer multiple transportation contracts to any or all bidders for the best and lowest submitted bid per loaded mile.
