These restrictions shall run with the land and shall be placed in any future deed, land contracts, or other conveyances. 1. No noxious or offensive activity shall be erected upon any parcel, nor shall anything be done on it that may become an annoyance or nuisance to the neighborhood, including but not limited to operation of dirt bikes or unmuffled vehicles. 2. Only single family ownership per lot will be permitted. 8. No lot may be subdivided. 9. No commercial farming, swine, poultry or cattle may be permitted on any lots. 10. No single wide mobile homes will be permitted on any lots. 11. Any double wide placed on the property must be at least 5 years old or newer and placed on

a permanent foundation. 12. A property owners association shall be created which shall be responsible for the maintenance of the roadways in the development. Grantee / Vendee agrees to join and require as a condition of any conveyance of real estate described herein that any future owner or vendee of said real estate join said property owners association. Grantee / Vendee agrees to require that any future owner of Vendee pay such dues or membership fees as are assessed by association for the purposes for which it is formed. The county is eligible for $150,000 of Fiscal Year 2019-2020 CDBG funding provided the county meets applicable program requirements.
