Notice to Bid The Village of Ripley is offering for sale a 2009 Dodge Charger retired police cruiser. Poor condition with 108000 miles. Hemi engine and air conditioning. Car is being sold in “as is” condition. All bids must be sealed and delivered to the Ripley Community Building at 123 Waterworks Road or mailed to the Village of Ripley, P.O. Box 219, Ripley, OH 45167 and received before 9:00am Friday June 28. Each sealed bid must be marked “Sealed Bid for cruiser” and to the attention of the Village Administrator.
