Tutorial videos for teachers We now have many tutorial videos on our Training Centre especially designed for teachers. How to ‘PUSH’ a video from ClickView Exchange to your library, how to use ClickView Online to share videos with students, how to look for curriculum resources with Albert; we cover topics that are extremely relevant to them. New and improved - ClickView Online search Good news, the search on ClickView Online has been completely redesigned. From now on, when you search for a keyword, ClickView Online will return videos that are available in three different locations; your school’s own library, the ClickView Exchange and the Media Store. This new search will save you time and also allow you to discover more videos already available to your school.
ClickView Academy Over 100 educators came to our ClickView Academy sessions in Sydney and Melbourne in May. It shows that librarians, Curriculum coordinators and IT managers are always looking to learn new tips about ClickView and improve their skills to save more time at school. These events are always a great way to connect with other professionals in the area, share ideas and get a sneak peek of our up-coming features. New and improved Subtitle Search Subtitle Search is now available on ClickView 24-7 Cloud. This new feature lets you search for keywords that appear during any captioned TV program, allowing you to find relevant programs and clips within seconds. Subtitle Search is the best way to keep up-to-date with a specific topic and discover new content.
New on the Media Store - BBC Active The Media Store now features 35 educational titles from BBC Active. The History of the Ottoman Empire series is already available to purchase, and over 50 more titles will be added during the coming weeks. These titles include TV programs, documentaries and films that cover subjects such as history, arts, business and more.
Create and share a playlist All the videos from your ClickView library can be made available outside your school through ClickView Online. To start, simply follow the steps below. 1. To add a video to a playlist, click on the ‘Add to playlist’ icon below the video then select the playlist. 2. You can create a new playlist by entering the new playlist name and clicking on ‘Create Playlist’. 3. Each playlist has its own URL that can be shared with teachers and students or embedded into your school’s LMS.
