Hr. Perry advised that he operates a Pizza House at 3075 Edwards Street, Grand Blane, and that he has been a professional photographer for thirty years. Be explained that he has a hobby of taking photographs of the moon through a home-made telescope. At about 1:00 a.m. on February 21,

1960, he took some photographs of the moon and after
