WHEN SHOULD I REPLACE FILLING?

Over time, buckwheat hulls polish themselves like beach glass and actually become more supple and offer even better support. However, they lose a small percentage of their volume and at that time you might wish to add more hulls to return your pillow to its original plumpness. Millet hulls do not polish down but if your pillow does not seem filled enough at any time, more hulls may be added to customize your perfect fit.

Are pesticides used in any of our fillings?

Our buckwheat & millet hulls are pesticide and herbicide free. We also use no chemicals or radiation in the cleaning of our hulls.

ARE BUCKWHEAT & MILLET HULLS CLEANED?

Yes, our buckwheat and millet hulls are triple cleaned, raising the purity to 99.98%. No chemicals or radiation are used in the cleaning of our hulls.

I have an allergy to wheat Can I use a buckwheat pillow?

Buckwheat is not wheat. In fact it's not even a true grain. The buckwheat seed is actually the achene of a grass-like plant (related to rhubarb) thought to have originated thousands of years ago in Asia. Safe for those with gluten allergies.

Are buckwheat and millet hulls hypo-allergenic?

Yes! Less than .016% of people have a reaction to buckwheat hull pillows. That's 1 in 6000. Those who do experience this extremely rare reaction can expect itchy throat, watery eyes and/or runny nose. If you experience any of these symptoms, discontinue use.

HOW DO I CLEAN MY bucky?

Read and carefully follow the care instructions found on packaging or on the sewn in care label. NEVER wash any grain or grain hull filling. If you are uncertain how to clean your Bucky product, please email customerservice@ bucky.com for more information.

iS MY PILLOW ADJUSTaBLE?

Most bucky neck, bed, and back pillows have a hidden zipper that allows you to adjust fill levels for personalized comfort.

Can I purchase more filling?

Yes! You are able to purchase additional 1lb or 2lb bags of buckwheat or millet filling to replace filling or provide the perfect amount of fill for your favorite item.

CAN I MICROWAVE MY bucky?

Only our Body Wraps, Neck & Shoulder Wraps, Compact Wraps, and our Heart Warmer pillows can be heated. Please read and carefully follow all heating/ re-heating/chilling instructions. Use with adult supervision only! If you are uncertain as to whether or not your pillow can be heated, please check the care label, packaging, or check the product’s specification tab on the web site. If you still are not able to determine if your Bucky product is heatable, please email customerservice@bucky.com for more information.

How long should my eye mask last?

If used nightly, your eye mask should be replaced every three to six months, about the same as your toothbrush! Any excessive heat or chemicals from facial creams or cosmetics may potentially wear down the fibers, and decrease the lifespan of the product. We recommend our customers wear these with a clean face and store them in a cool, dry area, away from direct heat.

All items are priced as eaches and sold in minimums. Please place order in multiples of the minimum size as listed. Otherwise, Bucky will increase your order to the nearest minimum size.

Opening order for terms must be a minimum of $250. Opening order for credit card must be a minimum of $100. Minimum reorder value is $100. International orders must be $1000.

A completed signed Resale Certificate must be submitted prior to any shipment for Washington state to avoid sales tax being applied.

Payment Options

Credit Card

We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Your credit card will be charged at the time of shipment for total of product, shipping & handling. Bucky reserves the right to process all charges and credits, for an order placed by card, against the card presented at the time of ordering

Terms

To apply for Net 30 terms, a completed, signed, Bucky credit application and 3 credit references must be provided. Please allow 2 weeks for initial credit review & processing on new Net 30 accounts. Interest will be charged at 1.5% per month (18% annually) on delinquent accounts. A $25 fee will be charged on all returned checks.

Method Of Shipment

All merchandise is shipped FOB Tukwila, WA. Please allow two weeks for delivery. Shipments are routed via the carrier determined by Bucky unless otherwise specified. Usually FedEx or UPS Ground.

All orders sent to APO/FPO, PO Box address and to Alaska & Hawaii are sent via USPS standard shipping. Bucky is not held responsible and will not reimburse for carrier delays of any kind, customer shipping information entry errors, failed delivery attempts or any carrier delivery exceptions, lost or stolen packages. Claims for lost shipments or damage caused by the freight carrier should be filed with the freight carrier directly.

International Shipments

Please note for shipping to outside USA, your packages will be subject to the customs fees, brokerage fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always the recipient’s responsibility. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Bucky is not responsible for any customs or brokerage fees, or Ancillary Service Fees of any kind.

Limitations

For products shipped outside USA, please note that any manufacturer warranty may not be valid; manufacturer service options may not be available; product manuals, instructions and safety warnings may not be in destination country languages; the products (and accompanying materials) may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labeling requirements. You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from Bucky Wholesale, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

Pricing

Prices in the 2023 Bucky catalog are effective March 1, 2023.

Exclusivity

Bucky does not offer territorial or product exclusivity.

Online Retailers

Bucky products can be sold via online retailers from retailers storefront only. It is prohibited for any online retailer or 3rd party reseller to represent themselves as Bucky for online sales. Online retailers must obtain written approval to sell online and follow Bucky’s Sales and Advertising Policy as well as MAP pricing. RETURNS & replacement

Bucky will authorize the return of miss-sent or factory defective merchandise for full credit. A request for return authorization (RA) must be made within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. Returns will not be accepted without prior approval – please email customerservice@bucky.com to request return authorization approval. All returned merchandise must be in saleable condition and may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Please review your order immediately upon receipt – no credits or claims will be accepted after 30 days. Bed pillows: By law these items are treated as lingerie or intimate garments; therefore, all returned bed pillows that have been opened and/or are not in original packaging cannot be refunded and will be destroyed. If a bed pillow is to be returned, shipping charges are customers’ responsibility. Please contact us at customerservice@bucky.com to obtain RA number before returning.

Backorders

Backorders under $50 will be canceled. All other backorders will be held open for 90 days from the original ship date and shipped without notice when available, unless specifically requested by customers to cancel. All backorders open past 90 days will cancel automatically.

Insect shield

Insect Shield products cannot be sold or shipped into Canada. Any customer found selling Insect Shield products in/to Canada will be at risk of being denied future orders with Bucky; no exceptions. Insect Shield products are only approved for sale and shipping within the United States.
