TERMS AND POLICIES

Opening Order and Reorder

There is a $200 minimum for opening orders. There is a minimum of $100 for reorders. Orders submitted by 1 PM EST will ship the following day.

Payment Policies

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex. Net 30 terms may be arranged. Please contact Top It Off for further details. Net 30 accounts must pay by check. Purchaser will be charged $25 fee for any returned checks. Net 30 customers agree to pay 3% interest per month on all overdue balances based on the date goods are received.

Cancellation Policy

For canceled orders already in production, there will be a 20% restocking fee. Backorders will automatically ship when product is available. Backorders of $30 or less will be canceled.

Return Authorization Number

Examine all items upon arrival. If any are defective, or you are unsatisfied please call Top It Off within 14 days. If it is beyond the 14 day window, you are not guaranteed a replacement or refund. You must be issued a return authorization number. No items will be accepted without one.
