Trade Fair: On the last week of every September, the fair attracts the interest of thousands of visitors that flood a specially formed area at the outskirts of the city.

Cultural events of the Municipality: Through its Public Benefit Enterprise, the Municipality organizes a series of events that take place throughout the summer. A unique moment is the concert given by the Municipal Philharmonic Orchestra.

Αργείτικο καρναβάλι: Κάθε Πρωτοχρονιά, παρέλαση αρμάτων και μπουλούκια καρναβαλιστών κατακλύζουν την πόλη, παίζοντας μουσική και χορεύοντας.

Γιορτή του Κάστανου: Η γιορτή πραγματοποιείται την τελευταία Κυριακή του Οκτώβρη στην κοινότητα Καστανόφυτου, όπου προσφέρονται δωρεάν κρασί και κάστανα της τοπικής παραγωγής.

Argeitiko Carnival: Every New Year’s day, the city is packed with dancing masquerades playing music, and with the parade of floats.

Chestnut Festival: The festival takes place on the last Sunday of October in the community of Kastanofytos, with plenty of wine and locally produced chestnuts offered free to all. 01.

Rally Greece Offroad: Ο Δήμος Άργους Ορεστικού αποτελεί το μόνιμο «σπίτι» της διοργάνωσης, αφού, μεταξύ άλλων, κατασκεύασε και το μοναδικό στον κόσμο υπερσύγχρονο κτίριο διοίκησης offroad αγώνων δρόμου, το οποίο αποτελεί θέλγητρο για τη φιλοξενία πάσης φύσεως αγώνων εκτός δρόμου, όπως ποδηλάτων και μοτοσυκλέτας. Offroad Rally in Greece: The Municipality of Argos Orestiko is the permanent “home” of the event, since among others constructed the unique in the world ultra-modern offroad racing administration building, which is an attraction for hosting all kinds of off-road races, such as bicycle and motorcycle.
