Our goal is to successfully meet project goals and deliver the best service to the city staff and project managers. Our niche has been providing On Call Architectural Services since the inception of our firm. We are able to respond quickly to clients questions and communicate ideas effectively through the use of three dimensional design models. Since we are a small firm, staff members have direct access to the Principal and/or Project Manager at meetings and when issues or questions arise during the design or construction process. Finally, we have extensive experience in successfully communicating with multiple stakeholders on a project and the ability to synthesize critical issues and provide effective design solutions that meet stakeholders’ goals. Ann Durkin, Principal Works directly with City Project Manager, City Staff and Purchasing to Negotiate Scope of Work, Project Fee and Schedule. She will work directly with Purchasing to ensure that contract negotiations and all city contractual issues are met. Andrea Lucarelli, Project Manager Works directly with Principals, City Project Manager, City Staff and Consultants to make sure Project Design and Schedule stays on track; She provides the bulk of Project Coordination and is the “glue” for maintaining the project on schedule..
