Pool Membership: $999/Season Full Pool and Dining Privileges for Member, Spouse, and Children residing under the age of 23. All Pool Memberships will be charged April 30th of every year. Access to Golf Course up to 6 times/year (Guest Rates apply)
*Member Benefits for each category apply to the Primary Member, Spouse & Children under twenty-three (23) years of age that reside with the Primary Member. 2023 FOOD & BEVERAGE MINIMUM For the period from January 1 through December 31, ALL MEMBERS are required to spend $1200 on Food and Beverage charges at the Clubhouse Restaurant, Pool, Snack Shack, and Member Events with a Food and Beverage component. Excluding any service charge and taxes. At the end of each year, Members will be billed for unused minimums. There will be no exceptions to the minimums.
Membership GENERAL CLUB RULES The Club allows Members and invited Guests to enjoy the property for the use of walking, jogging, cycling, cross country skiing, and even sledding! Note however that these activities are performed at a Member and their guest’s own risk. The Club is not responsible for injuries of any kind. These activities are not allowed on the Golf course or its paths.
Grievances & Complaints: Any issues or complaints regarding a fellow Member or Club employee shall be addressed with the General Manager. At no time should a Member attempt to discuss such issues with the other party. Additional information on the Club’s Grievance Policy is included in the Rules and Regulations.

Membership DINING The Restaurant: Reservations are recommended at the Restaurant, and Members are asked to please call at least twenty-four (24) hours prior. To ensure the highest level of service, parties with more than twelve (12) people will have a select a la carte menu, and should contact the Restaurant in advance to make the proper arrangements. Walk-ins: will be allowed. However, Members may be asked to wait in order to allow tables to open up. This is a first-come, first-served basis. Seating: In order to accommodate all Members equally, specific seating requests for Dining rooms or tables will be noted, but cannot be guaranteed. Reservations for Dining will be held for fifteen (15) minutes after the reserved time. Children twelve (12) years of age and under will be seated with adults when Dining at the Club. Corkage Fee: Members may bring their own wine to the Restaurant. A $25 Corkage Fee will be applied.

DINING DRESS ATTIRE Country Club Casual attire is deemed appropriate for both men and women. Listed below are some examples of outfits that may be worn while Dining at the Restaurant. Men: Collared shirts, polo shirts, knit shirts, turtleneck or mock turtleneck shirts, sweaters, and jackets. Slacks, khakis, dress shorts, and tasteful denim. Loafers, traditional Golf shoes, or a clean pair of athletic shoes. Women: Collared shirts, polo shirts, tunics, sweater tops, blouses, sweaters, and jackets. Slacks, Capri pants, dress shorts, tasteful denim, dresses, and non-Golf skirts. Tasteful sandals, flats, heels, or espadrilles. Dress Attire Not Permitted: T-shirts, tank tops, tube tops, halter tops, or midriff tops. Pool or athletic wear. Metal spiked Golf shoes, however, soft spiked Golf shoes are allowed. Cut-off jean shorts. Denim should have no holes, rips, tears, tatters, frays, acid wash, handwritten messages, pictures, or inappropriate messages. Cargo shorts. MEMBER EVENTS Reservations are required for Member Events, and are often taken on a first-come, first-served basis. To make a reservation please contact Colleen Baker at: 716-648-2700 EXT: 306 or email clubinfo@cloverbankcc.com PRIVATE EVENTS Number of Guests: Private Events must have a guarantee of 50 Guests.
Price Per Guest: DOES NOT INCLUDE 20% House Charge on Food and Beverage. HOUSE CHARGE IS NOT A GRATUITY. There will also be a 8.75% TAX that will be added to the Price per Guest cost.
Deposits and Cancellation Policy: A deposit of $500 shall be paid by the Patron at the time of the booking. In the event of the cancellation of this agreement by the Patron, the Club shall retain, as liquidated damages, the entire amount of deposit. Cancellation and change notices must be given seventy-two (72) hours prior to the Event to avoid being charged.
Guarantee Policy: At least 72 hours prior to the Event said estimated number shall be made firm. Said firm number shall constitute a guaranteed minimum, and the Patron shall be charged for at least the said amount.
Minimum Quota: A minimum guarantee of 50 participants is required for Events. If the number of participants are less than the minimum requirement, the Patron will be charged the applicable per person fee up to the minimum requirement of 50 participants.
Membership PRIVATE EVENTS Payment in Advance/Day Of: Full payment must be made by credit card or check on the date, or less than 10 days after the function, unless other arrangements are made in advance. There will be a 3% charge added for all payments made by credit card(s).
Finance Charge: A finance charge of 1 1/2% per month or 18% annually will be imposed on all balances over thirty days.
Non-Performance: If for any reason beyond its control, including but not limited to strikes, labor disputes, accidents, government requisitions, restrictions or regulations on travel, hotel operation, commodities or supplies, acts of war or acts of God, the Club is unable to perform its obligations under this agreement, such nonperformance shall be excused, and the Club may terminate this agreement without liability of any nature whatsoever upon the return of the Patron’s deposit. In no event shall the Club be liable for consequential damages of any nature for any reason whatsoever. If for any reason the space reserved hereunder is not available for the function, the Club may substitute accordingly other space at least comparable in quality hereto, and the Patron agrees to accept such substitution.

Membership PRIVATE EVENTS Conduct of Function: Patron agrees that the function will be conducted in an orderly manner, and in full compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Club rules. The Patron hereby agrees to indemnify, and hold the Club harmless against any and all claims for personal injury, property damages and losses arising out of or connected with the function, or this agreement caused or contributed to by the negligence of a Patron or any guest, invitees, or agent of the Patron, or anyone hired by said Patron. Further, Cloverbank Country Club or any of its officers, agents, employees, or other representatives will not be held liable for any damages resulting from theft, fire, water, accident, or any other cause, including damages resulting from the consumption of alcohol.
Amplified Sound: The Club is located in a residential neighborhood, and is subject to a noise ordinance. The Patron agrees that if amplified sound (music and/or voice) is used during the function (whether indoors or outdoors), the level of volume, level of bass, and placement of speakers shall be adjusted or reduced as needed during the function at the Club’s sole discretion and direction to comply with all applicable laws, regulations and Club rules. Patron agrees to notify in advance any musical group, band, disk jockey, or other supplier of entertainment hired for the function that compliance with this provision is a requirement.

Golf GUEST POLICY Guest play is not permitted during Peak Times unless approved in advance by the Head Golf Professional and/or the General Manager. Peak Times are before 11:00 AM on Saturday and Sunday.
Guest Play: It is the responsibility of the Member to notify each guest of the Club’s standards. The Staff has been instructed to enforce these standards. Each Member is responsible for their guest’s actions during their time at the Club. Each Member is allowed up to 3 Guests per tee time. No guest is permitted before 11:00am on weekends/holidays.
Each guest may play up to six (6) times in a calendar season, regardless of Member host.
Please remember to replace your divots, and repair your ball marks on the greens.

Cloverbank Country Club reserves the right to enforce rules upon anyone who is not properly attired or does not follow the rules in a manner which reflect the formal nature of the Club and its Membership.
Golf TEE TIME PROCEDURES Tee Times: Tee times are always an option, and tee times are not mandatory, but are helpful for the Club to be prepared for your visit. Tee times can be made online via our website or over the phone, and all tee times can be made up to and day of. To schedule a tee time, please call the ProShop Counter at: 716-648-2700 EXT: 200 Or visit the Membership Portal on our website at: www.cloverbankcc.com
A tee time can be made up to seven (7) days in advance max.
Signing up as a foursome is strongly suggested. Partial foursomes may have additional players added. The first Member name on the request is responsible for the group.

Golf JUNIOR GOLFERS AGES 5 - 8:
May play at the discretion of the Golf Staff with adult supervision only.
AGES 9 - 12:
May play at the discretion of the Golf Staff with adult supervision only.
AGES 13 - 15:
May play at the discretion of the Golf Staff with adult supervision only. If they establish a nine (9) hole handicap of twenty-five (25) or less, they may then play without adult supervision after 1:00 PM.
UNDER 16:
Establishing a handicap of thirty-six (36) or less, allows for unaccompanied play during the week. Adult supervision is required on the weekends.
AGES 16+:
Walk for Free -or- Ride for just $5 with a paying adult Member. No specific restrictions if established handicap is thirty (30) or less, and follows the etiquette and pace of play rules.
Golf GOLF CARTS Cart Operation: Each Member upon arrival can receive a key once on the property. No keys will be left in unattended carts. To operate an electric cart, one must have a valid driver’s license.
Carts are assigned in advance by the Golf Staff, and limited to two (2) people each.
Extreme caution should be used at all times. Members are responsible for any damage caused by the negligent operation of a cart either by them or their guest(s). For additional information, please refer to the Club’s Rules & Regulations.
The Golf Staff may restrict carts to certain areas, such as the rough only. Anyone operating a Golf cart is expected to ascertain what/if any restrictions are in place, and proceed appropriately. Taking a Golf cart off property at any time is strictly prohibited.
At any time walking is allowed, it must not impede the required pace of play. When Operating a Golf Cart: Stay on the Paths, where available, and avoid driving across steep hills. Observe signs, stakes, and any roped off areas. Keep hands and feet inside the cart, and use the parking brake when stopped. Park on the side or the back of the putting green, at least 30 ft. away.

Golf CHECK-IN PROCESS Players are asked to register in the Golf Shop, and unless otherwise noted, must not tee off prior to the opening of the shop. The Hours of Operation for the Golf course, Golf Shop, bag room, and driving range are set by the Head Golf Professional, and are subject to change throughout the season. The most up to date information will be posted at the Golf Shop, and on the website. DRIVING RANGE The Driving Range will open fifteen (15) minutes before the first scheduled tee time, and will close thirty (30) minutes before dusk. The Head Golf Professional reserves the right to change this schedule. BAG STORAGE Full Golf Members may store up to two (2) sets of Golf Clubs on the property. The bag storage facility is available from April 15 – November 15, 2023.
Each Golf Member has the option to store their bag at the Club, and Members will not be allowed into bag storage. Bags are only accessible through the Golf Operations Staff. Bags will be pulled, and ready for use upon arrival with tee times. This is all made possible through our Club plan each year. LOCKERS Units are located in the Men’s and Women’s locker rooms, and it is based on a first-come, first-served basis. Golf DRESS CODE Golf course attire must follow the traditions of the Club.
The best example of acceptable dress for playing Golf at Cloverbank Country Club is the type of attire worn by male and female touring Golf professionals.
The Dress Code is strictly enforced. Reasonable conservatism of dress is expected of all Members and Guests. Proper attire contributes to the overall enjoyment and reputation of the Club.
Bathing suits, tank tops, cut-offs, cargo shorts or pants, sweatpants, and short shorts are not acceptable attire while on Golf course.
Denim Policy: The Denim Policy shall apply to Gentlemen, Ladies and Children. Denim in good taste is permitted in all areas of the Clubhouse and Patios. Denim is NOT permitted during any Golf activity. Denims must be in good repair. There shall be no holes, rips, tears, tatters, frays, acid wash, handwritten messages, pictures, or inappropriate messages. Please remember denim is prohibited during any Golf related activity.
Hats: must face bill-forward when worn.
Shirts: must have collars. However, turtlenecks and mock-turtleneck Golf shirts may be worn on the Golf Course, and in the Clubhouse.

The Club’s Dress Code, as outlined below, is mandatory for all players, and is intended to maintain the standards desired by the Membership.
For Men: Shirts with collars and sleeves are required. The shirts are to be tucked in. Walking shorts are also acceptable. Hats must be worn with the visor pointing forward. Cargo shorts are not allowed.
For Women: Dresses, skirts, slacks, Golf shorts, and mid length shorts are acceptable. Sleeveless shirts should have collars, and any non-collared shirts should have sleeves.
*All Members and Guests must wear soft spikes. Tank tops, T-shirts, mesh tops, halter-tops, bathing suits, sweatpants, tennis attire, athletic shorts, cut offs, blue jeans, or denim of any kind are NOT permitted. GOLF SHOP APPAREL & EQUIPMENT The Golf Shop offers the latest apparel, equipment, and accessories at competitive prices. A wide selection of products are in stock, and others are available to order.

Golf BEHAVIOR All Members shall conduct themselves in such a manner as not to interfere with the playing enjoyment of others. Jogging, walking, bicycling, rollerblading, etc. is not allowed on the Golf course. The Golf Staff is responsible for the administration and enforcement of the Golf Rules and Course Regulations, as adopted by Cloverbank Country Club. Players must be respectful of Members, Guests, and employees at all times. Any complaints regarding a Member, guest, or Club employee, should be addressed with the Head Golf Professional and/or the General Manager only. COURSE RULES & ETIQUETTE Except where modified by local rules, USGA regulations will govern all play. A copy of the USGA Rules Book is available for purchase in the Golf Shop. Cell Phones: should be silenced while on the Golf course, and players are asked to step away when making or receiving calls. Additional information regarding the cell phone policy can be found in the Club’s Rules and Regulations. Cell phone use is not allowed if it impedes the pace of play. Cell Phone Use: Silent texting is permissible; however, we ask that you remain mindful of those around you. HANDICAPS The Head Golf Professional is responsible for maintaining Handicaps in accordance with the current USGA handicap system. Players shall contact the Golf Staff to establish a handicap. Only Members who maintain an approved USGA handicap may participate in tournaments. These Members must post all completed scores to maintain an up to date handicap in a timely fashion.

Golf GENERAL RULES Practicing: Practice is to be confined to the designated areas. The removal of practice balls from any of these areas is prohibited, and may result in a $150 fine, and a temporary suspension of privileges. The Golf course tees, greens, fairways, or bunkers, should not be used as practice areas. Play on any hole after the course is closed is not permitted.
Pace of Play: Acceptable pace for eighteen (18) holes is four hours and eleven minutes (04:11). Each group is expected to keep pace with the group in front of them. We encourage Members to allow faster groups to play through.
Pairings: No group shall consist of more than four players. When a single, twosome, or threesome exists, the Head Golf Professional has the discretion to pair them with other players.
Bunkers: Please leave rakes outside the bunker parallel to the line of play.

Golf GENERAL RULES Posting of Scores: Members must post accurate scores for all rounds played. The Golf committee will review posted scores at random, comparing scores entered to tee sheets in the Golf Shop. Failure to post a score may result in a written warning. Continued failure to post scores may result in disciplinary action and/or handicap adjustment by the Golf committee.
Scores to Be Posted Are: All eighteen hole rounds (home or away). All nine hole scores (home or away).
Closings/Signage: The course, or any part of it, may be closed to play at any time upon the authority of the Course and Grounds Superintendent, the Head Golf Professional, and/or the General Manager. The Staff will post signs and/or provide instructions as required, in order to help prevent damage to the course. Players are asked to comply with all instructions.

Golf GENERAL RULES Non-Golf Activity: The Club restricts the use of the Golf course for any activity other than playing Golf. This includes, but is not limited to, use of the cart paths for exercise, such as walking, jogging, bicycling, skating, or rollerblading, even when the course is closed.
Animals: are prohibited on Club grounds, with the exception of registered service animals, and dogs that have been designated to help disperse the geese. Any costs to repair damages resulting from such activities, either by the Member, or by a guest of the Member, will be the sole responsibility of the Member.
Non-Golf Members: are not permitted on the Golf course, in a Golf cart, on the driving range, or on any of the practice areas, unless they are a registered guest, and accompanied by the sponsoring Member.
Children of Members or Guests: are only permitted to be on the driving range or any of the practice areas only if: playing and practicing supervised, participating in the junior Golf program, or taking a private lesson under the direct supervision of a Golf professional.

Golf GENERAL RULES Coolers: Beverage coolers are not permitted on the Golf course. A small container is provided for beverages on the back of each Golf Cart, and may be utilized.
Events: Member tournaments will receive priority over “regular” Member tee times. However, whenever possible, the Club will hold specific times for Members not participating in the Event. Matches, including PGA Jr. League matches, shall receive priority over “regular” Member tee times as well.

HOURS OF OPERATION The Pool is only open from Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend. The Pool is open Tuesday through Sunday from: 11AM-7PM, unless closed by the General Manager. The Pool is closed on Monday's for maintenance purposes. However, if a holiday falls on a Monday, the Pool will be open, but closed on Tuesday instead.

POOL OPERATIONS Entering and Exiting: All Members should use the main entrance when they arrive, and when exiting the Pool House as well. Please note that entering and exiting through other gates is only permitted in an emergency situation or during a special Event.
Accompanied Guests: Members are required to provide their guest’s full name. Guest fees are $15 per person. A specific Guest(s) may come to the Pool, but only a TOTAL of six (6) times per year, even if the invitations are from different Members.
Pool Closures: If the air temperature is 68 degrees Fahrenheit or below, the Pool will not be open. The Pool will open weather permitting, and is at the discretion of the Certified Pool Operators, and the General Manager. There will be an email notification sent out to all Members should there be a Pool closure.

Swimming Pool LIFEGUARDS Members shall not use the Pool or be inside the Pool area unless a Lifeguard is on duty. The decisions of the Lifeguards, who are under the jurisdiction of the Director of Pool Operations, are final in all matters pertaining to the safety of the bathers.

THE BANDITS SWIM TEAM We are very proud of our “Small but Mighty” Bandits Swim Team. Our swim meets are against our local rivals, which include Hickory Hill, Eagle Ridge, and Orchard Park.
At the beginning of August, we are proud to be the main venue for the Swim MON TUE WED FRI SAT Championships, which are held every year at Cloverbank Country Club.

Swimming Pool GENERAL RULES Attire: All persons swimming in the Pool must be in a swimsuit. One-piece swimsuits, tankinis (long top), bikinis, skirted swimsuits, swim shorts, trunks, and swim briefs are considered acceptable swim attire. Cut-off shorts, and other frayed materials, leggings over swimwear, baggy t-shirts, trousers, tracksuits, jogging bottoms, outdoor shorts, and jeans are not considered appropriate attire while in the Pool.
Behavior: Running, disrobing, shouting, splashing, or horseplay of any kind is not permitted in the Pool area. Diving is not permitted.
Pool Toys: Permitting accessories, such as toys, small floats, and noodles in the Pool is at the discretion of the Director of Pool Operations and/or Lifeguard in charge. The use of water guns or other water shooting devices are prohibited. Other games may be permitted in the designated areas outside the gates.
Personal Items: Members are responsible for personal items. The Club is not liable for any broken or lost articles. Members may also bring their own towels, as towels are not provided by the Club. There is no outside food or beverage allowed. Each Member is responsible for picking up and cleaning up after themselves, and also returning any Pool furniture back to where it belongs.
Glass Containers: There are no glass containers of any kind permitted on the Pool deck.
*All accidents, even if minor, must be reported to the Director of Pool Operations and the Lifeguard in charge.

Swimming Pool RULES WHILE AT THE POOL Members will not be permitted to use the Pool unless they first shower with warm water, and use soap. Smoking in the Pool, on the Pool deck, or in the surrounding area is strictly prohibited. All animals, with the exception of guide animals for the handicap, are prohibited within the swimming Pool area(s). No bikes are allowed in the fenced area. Do not change diapers at the Poolside. Please use the restrooms provided. Do not swallow the Pool water, in order to prevent illness. Any Member that has an obvious infectious or communicable disease that may be transmitted through water shall be excluded from swimming. Urinating, discharge of fecal matter, spitting, spouting water, or blowing the nose inside any of the swimming Pools is not allowed. Pool attire is strictly limited to the immediate Pool area, and the Pool locker room facilities. It is not acceptable in any other area of the Club grounds, including the Main Clubhouse. Appropriate cover ups and/or tee shirts must be worn into the locker rooms. Should a Member forget sunscreen, Members must speak with the Lifeguards, and it will be provided based on availability. Music will be provided if requested, and Members must speak with Lifeguards for assistance.

Swimming Pool PROHIBITED ITEMS AT THE POOL: The following items are not permitted at the Pool: Animals, with the exception of guide animals for the handicap. Outside food and beverage. Alcohol. Tobacco products. Cans, bottles, glass, or other beverage containers. Unapproved pamphlets, handouts, advertisements, etc. Coolers or ice chests. Weapons, such as pepper spray, tear gas, handcuffs, stun guns, etc. Any other items deemed to be inappropriate or dangerous by Cloverbank Country Club.

Swimming Pool CHILDREN Children who are not fully potty trained must wear a swim diaper in the Pool. In the event of a fecal contamination, the Member may be assessed a five-hundred-dollar ($500) cleaning fee. Strollers on the Pool deck may not block entrances, exits or aisles.
Children five (5) years of age and younger are not permitted in the Pool unless closely supervised by a parent or responsible adult. The Director of Pool Operations and/or Lifeguard in charge may use their discretion to require a swim test to determine if a child can swim without close parental supervision.
Children seven (7) years of age & older must use the restroom of the gender they identify with.
The Pool Staff is NOT permitted to babysit Children at any time or under any circumstances while at the Pool.
