Directions to hospital. M27 Junction 5, (Airport), turn right at Roundabout, follow signs to town centre. After about 2 miles, At Traffic Lights Turn left, (signs for hospital, pub on corner) left again. Follow hospital road around to Entrance (near Church building) This Entrance is called the Fanshawe Wing (Minor Injuries Unit) Directions to treatment area. (Under canopy), through doors, turn right, down corridor past security on right, down corridor set of doors on left, go through doors down corridor go through doors. On right set of doors into x-ray room 4. (If doors locked get keys from Security). Down corridor, X-ray room on right (before next double doors)
Treating Patients. Patients come across corridor. Brought into room by nursing staff (Nick and Anna) 12 patient’s stones occasional peyronies. Start time 8.15/30am, (1st patient in 7.30/45am) 100mg diclofenac/pethidine given. Consultant Mr Thomas, normally present to discuss patients, show films on PACS etc
