REGISTRATION CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY Full refund for conference registration fees, less a $50 administrative fee, are refundable only if written notice is received by New Fields on or before Monday, March 16, 2009 (5:00pm EST). Registrations and cancellations received after this date are not refundable. However, substitutions are welcome. Please allow up to four (4) weeks for delivery of refund.
