Our portfolio of Zero Energy includes the first Zero Energy school in the country at Richardsville Elementary; the first LEED Zero Certified school at Discovery Elementary; the first Zero Energy school funded through ESCO at Jennings Creek Elementary; and the first Zero Energy and WELL Gold building in the country at CMTA’s Energy Solutions office building in Louisville, KY.
