Around Town in Aventura Gala honored Holocaust survivors at Aventura Turnberry Jewish Center On Sunday, January 29th Aventura Turnberry Jewish Center, under the leadership of Rabbi Jonathan Berkun, Chairman William Landa, President Marcy S. Resnik, Executive Vice President Dr. Amir Baron, and Victor Cynamon, Vice President and Chairman of the Holocaust Committee, celebrated 67 Years of Freedom with a gala for 350 synagogue and community members. The evening’s program began with remarks by the synagogue’s leadership including Rabbi Berkun who set the tone for the evening, “Two and a half thousand years ago, we celebrated the miracle of our freedom by singing and dancing. And tonight, as we mark the miracle of 67 years since the liberation of Auschwitz and the Holocaust, we will do the very same thing. I have never witnessed a better miracle than the strong and courageous men and women who survived the Holocaust.” Dr. Ra’anan Gissin, former Senior Advisor to Israel’s Prime Minister Ariel Sharon brought greetings from Israel and Aventura Mayor Susan Gottlieb presented the evening’s honorees, Celia and Victor Cynamon, with keys to the city. To commemorate the occasion, ATJC published a book distributed to all guests which included photos and stories from synagogue’s Holocaust survivors. This dinner was complimentary for ATJC survivor members, courtesy of Carole & William Landa. Finding the Silver Lining
Patricia C. Frank FRANKLY SPEAKING Sometimes, something that happens has an unexpected and unplanned outcome in your life. If it is a negative event it can be upsetting and even devastating. At the very least it is disappointing. Usually it is an event that centers around your control or your lack of control. There is an element of chance involved which can be disconcerting, to say the least. You have probably heard the expression, “Look for the silver lining.” The so called “silver lining” is the consolation prize or hopeful feature in any misfortune. So, how do you find a silver lining when you seem to be surrounded by clouds? The simplest solution is to withdraw for a bit. Have a “no think” day. Do not let yourself think about the situation at all. Stop acknowledging any feelings you may have. Stop any and all thoughts that pop into your head, instantly. Do not try to
understand it or solve it. Don’t try to figure out what to do next. At this stage you are not ready for thoughts. Go into a zone. Go numb. Go into an, “I don’t care mode” even if it not true. Postpone all chores. Ignore the demands of everyday life. Let everything slide. Tuck your head back in like a turtle. Rest. Do something that pampers you. When you withdraw your thoughts and feelings about something then you are withdrawing your energy. Nothing can live or continue to exist without your focus and energy. Stewing and fretting is stress begetting and will only make the situation worse. Find one thing about the situation that could have been worse. True, you are in the Emergency Room but at least you have a nice doctor and caring, compassionate nurses Settle for reassuring yourself that there is a silver lining and that it will show up sooner or later. Reassure yourself that there may be a reason for what transpired as it did. Be patient. Believe and trust. Patricia Frank is a Licensed Psychotherapist. AIRPORT VILLAS This 90-unit apartment complex with 65,000 sq.ft. of leasable space, is located adjacent to the Miami International Airport which has experienced record passenger numbers in 2011, giving this investment a great potential for future value increase. The complex is currently run as an extended stay facility and will be refurbished and continuously improved by mckafka Development Group. Their business plan is to bring the property
back to its previous value by improving operations in the short term, increasing revenue by refurbishing the outdated units, seeking more corporate accounts and significantly overhauling the cost structure. The property has a great upside potential due to its unique positioning as an extended stay for executives, pilots and flight attendants. VACANT LAND AT NE 27TH ST. & BISCAYNE BLVD. A Third Party Candidate
Bob Diamond HISTORICALLY YOURS Several media pundits continually raise the possibility that a current Republican presidential candidate may eventually run for president as an independent. A fascinating question? Has any such independent candidate ever defeated the successfully nominated Republican Party candidate? Yes, exactly one century ago and his campaign platform was remarkably similar to today’s issues. Although Republican incumbent President William Howard Taft had the support of the party professionals in the election of 1912, he faced a strong challenge to his renomination by former progressive Republican President Theodore “Teddy” Roosevelt. Although he had handpicked Taft as his successor in 1908, Roosevelt “was unhappy with what he regarded as the conservative course of Taft’s administration.” In early 1912, Teddy declared his candidacy in the Republican Party against Taft. At the party’s convention in June 1912, (prior to state primaries) the Taft forces were clearly in command, used steamroller tactics, thus insuring Taft’s re-nomination. Roosevelt
requested his people “to take no further part in the convention.” Teddy’s supporters then formed their own party (Bull Moose) which met in August 1912 and nominated Roosevelt. His campaign platform included (Are you ready for this?) creation of a national health service, graduated inheritance and income taxes, a ban on corporate campaign contributions, limits on individual campaign contributions, campaign financial disclosure laws, registration of lobbyists, opening congressional committee hearings to the public, national occupational safety standards, workmen’s compensation insurance, a social security system, strengthening the Interstate Commerce Commission, greater assimilation of immigrants and a federal securities commission to supervise and protect the public of offerings of stocks and bonds. Wow! With Republicans divided between Taft and Roosevelt, Democrat Woodrow Wilson won the election, however, with fewer votes than the total votes of Roosevelt and Taft. Teddy, with 88 electoral votes, soundly defeated Taft, with only 8 electoral votes. Roosevelt had called his progressive programs a “Square Deal.” Teddy’s young relative, Franklin Delano Roosevelt, later running for president as a Democrat, adopted many of Teddy’s ideas and called his progressive program a “New Deal.” In a poll of historians in 1982, the Chicago Tribune rated Teddy our 4th greatest president.

Lewis Rossi of America Service Industries: Making the World More Beautiful
BY BARI AURBACH
PROVOCATIVE QUESTIONS FOR PROVOCATIVE PEOPLE viding the very best janitorial and maintenance services money can buy, while focusing on quality performance, accountability and an uncompromising commitment to excellence. Q: How does ASI always pass the white glove test? LR: We employ a highly skilled management and supervisory staff focused on making sure highly qualified professionals trained to use the best equipment get the job done right every time. ASI also has multiple levels of accountability, so we’re constantly monitoring properties and conducting inspections to ensure the highest levels of client satisfaction.
LEWIS ROSSI, ASI FOUNDER / PRESIDENT Q: How has America Service Industries (ASI) achieved “clean sweep” success? LR: Ever since I founded ASI over 40 years ago, our team has remained committed to pro-
Q: How is ASI beautifying the Aventura a rea? LR: Just some of the condos we serve include Williams Island, Del Prado, Del Vista, The Pointe, Trump Palace, The Pinnacle and Hallmark. Our diverse client list also encompasses banks, office buildings, medical facilities, schools and virtually “everything that needs to be cleaned.” We
also specialize in marble and granite restoration. Q: Is ASI helping clients “go green?” LR: ASI is doing our part in transforming the environment into a cleaner, healthier place by using environmentally friendly cleaning products that can help protect property values, improve indoor air quality and reduce hazards and health problems. Healthier environments also increase worker satisfaction and productivity while enabling our clients to proudly proclaim their business or property is “socially conscious.” Q: Do ASI clients also save a lot of green? LR: When clients outsource their cleaning operations to ASI, they can eliminate the high maintenance and high costs associated with an in-house cleaning staff such as taxes, insurance, payroll, bookkeeping and inventory control. Cost efficiency is also enhanced by ASI’s green cleaning products that can be used less frequently since properties we serve
stay cleaner - longer. Q: How is ASI really making the world more beautiful? LR: By using green cleaning products, we’re helping to decrease air and water pollution, ozone depletion and global climate change. ASI’s green practices also promote recycling, reduce the use of raw materials and minimize toxic products requiring disposal. Q: Can ASI make any property look like a “palace”? LR: I’ll let this testimonial we received from the property manager of Trump Palace speak for itself: “ASI has done an excellent job cleaning and maintaining all of our common areas. Their work product and customer service have been impeccable, and I would definitely recommend doing business with them.”

What’s your excuse? Make fitness obstacles - obsolete
BY BARI AUERBACH
I feel like I’m starving when I try to diet! There’s no reason to be ravenous when you’re trying to lose weight. In fact, if you consume too few calories, your body’s starvation mechanisms kick in and starts holding onto fat reserves for energy. Many people think the secret to a great body is eating less but actually eating more frequently (five or six healthy meals and snacks every three to four hours) can keep your metabolism revving, increase energy, keep insulin levels constant and eliminate hunger pains that can derail your diet plan. I don’t have time to get to a gym! Nowadays, when it comes to exercising, there’s “an app for that” as well as a myriad of DVDs and computer programs with everything form virtual trainers to workout plans and nutrition programs that can be customized to help you achieve your fitness goals. I’ve given up on diets because they never work! Your best intentions to start a diet may be sabotaged if you’re fill your grocery cart with items you think are diet friendly – but are really your worst enemy! Examples include yogurt covered raisins (a handful has about as much saturated fat as two BK burgers); Vitamin Water varieties with eight grams of sugar; and if you have two cups of granola cereal – that’s a whopping 660 calories and 51 grams of sugar (12 teaspoons). Other pseudo diet “foods that fool ‘ya” include fruit smoothes and energy bars with as much sugar as candy bars! I’m addicted to snacks and sweets! If chips, dips, cookies and candy bars are around your home or office, dump all that’s left into a big box and put it outside in the “junk” pile. Then, fill your desk drawers, cabinets and fridge with healthful replacements like fruits, nutbutters, multigrain crackers, low
fat yogurt or string cheese and protein powder for making on-the-go shakes. More guilt-free sweets and treats include Swiss Miss “Sensible Sweets” Hot Chocolate, sugar free Jello and Skinny Cow ice creams. I won’t lift weights because I’ll get too bulky!! Many women are hesitant to start weight training programs because they’re afraid of becoming too bulky - but according to The American College of Sports Medicine, women generally have too much estrogen in their bodies to build large muscles. When it comes to firming and toning, cardio alone won’t cut it. Weight training is the only way to really defy gravity and look heavenly in a bathing suit! Make excuses and obstacles – obsolete! Aches and pains? Start stretching in a yoga or Pilates class…Budget constraints? Find a partner to share the cost of a trainer…Always tired? Start eating healthier to fuel your stamina for exercising…Too busy with kids or work? Take advantage of gym daycare centers and commit to making time for some kind of exercise at least 30 minutes a day. For every excuse – there are excellent recourses and resources that can help you lead a fit, healthy lifestyle. Beyond warding off heart disease and diabetes, eating right and exercising can reverse detrimental effects of stress; lift depression; build self-esteem and body image; and leave you feeling euphoric so you’ll always have a good excuse to smile!

Marvelous Croatia
David Gedansky TRAVEL TIPS If you’re looking for a gorgeous, historic European destination that still feels a little undiscovered, try Croatia. Once part of Yugoslavia, Croatia fought a war for independence during the 1990s. Today, this county on the eastern coast of the Adriatic Sea is peaceful, thriving, and welcoming more visitors each year. The natural wonders of Croatia are remarkably diverse, beginning with the country’s long and scenic coastline along the sparkling Adriatic. There are more than a thousand islands off the coastline, where boaters and sun seekers flock in the summer. Inland, there are mountains, forests, waterfalls and thermal spas. The inland city of Zagreb, bordered by mountains and rivers, is full of wooded parks, lakes and lovely gardens. From the bountiful farmer’s market in the historic Dolac quarter to the charming pavilions of Maksimir Park, there’s a lot of explore in this capital city. One of the loveliest sights in Zagred is actually a cemetery – Mirogoj Cemetery was designed by renowned architect Herman Bolle. The centerpiece of the port city of Split is
the palace of the ancient Roman Emperor Diocletian, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. You can spend an entire day exploring the remains of the palace, constructed in 305 AD. Or, focus on the city’s museums, including the popular Archaeological Museum and the Maritime Museum. For a stunning view, climb the bell tower of St. Duje, constructed in the 13th century. The islands of Korcula and Hvar tempt visitors to hop a ferry from Split. Korcula has a rich history in the arts, and many visitors are thrilled to see the traditional Moreska sword dance. Hvar is known for hillsides covered in pine forests, which make a lovely backdrop for vineyards, olive groves, and fields of lavender. Have your camera ready in Dubrovnik – another UNESCO World Heritage Site where there are photo-worthy views everywhere you turn. You can actually on top of walls constructed between the 13th and 16th centuries to protect the Old Town, one of the best-preserved medieval city centers in the world. You’ll see the Sponza Palace, the Rector’s Palace, Luza Square, and ancient towers and fortifications that have stood the test of time. With so many fascinating places to explore, it’s no wonder Travel Leaders agents nationally named Croatia as the top “up and coming” destination within Europe. To find out more about how you can enjoy Croatia’s cities, seashore and natural wonders, talk with your travel professional.

O&G staff pitches in to help Feeding South Florida O’Connell & Goldberg (O&G), a top independent regional PR firm based in Hollywood, gives back to the community through a variety of channels. On its most recent charitable outing, the agency’s staff spent an afternoon volunteering at Feeding South Florida’s main distribution center in Pembroke Park, where they sorted, checked, and repackaged donations of food and other supplies to be distributed to non-profit organizations that assist the hungry, disabled, unemployed and working poor. Staffers also brought food donations that were contributed to the cause. Following an informative presentation on the extent of hunger throughout South Florida, the group went to work in the warehouse. Under the guidance of organization team leaders, they worked their way through several pallets of packaged food products, preparing them for distribution to not-for-profit organizations served by Feeding South Florida. “It was hard but meaningful work, knowing we were helping people who face the very real prospect of going hungry every day,” said O&G President and Co-Founder Barbara W. Goldberg. “It’s staggering to realize that right in our own communities hundreds of thousands of men, women and children don’t have enough to eat.” Feeding South Florida offers a variety of volunteer opportunities and welcomes new volunteers aged 16 or older. Advice for getting through a divorce BY DEBBIE MARTINEZ
Divorce Coach
What do I do with my wedding and family pictures now that I’m divorced with children? If you have loose pictures hanging around that need to be put in albums, perhaps you can put them in a box until you are ready to go down memory lane and organize them. By that time, you will be in a better frame of mind to decide if you want them in an album, a labeled box or give them to your children. Your wedding album might find its new home in a box or closet. A word of advice, don’t throw them out or burn them in anger, you might come to regret it. Give yourself some time and then maybe there will be a few you want to shred, but my guess is you will probably keep them for your children. I am throwing a birthday party for my daughter; do I need to invite my ex-husband? It depends on the age and type of party. If your daughter is younger, it might be nice for her to have her dad there. In which case, think of parties that can happen in a big space (i.e. gymnastics or a park). That way he can be there for her and you have the space to distance yourself. You come up with the party ideas and then let your daughter choose one. If she is older, it might be that she just wants a sleep-over with friends. Dad wouldn’t have to be there for cake and ice cream. There are times it will be unavoidable but get creative with the venues and be the “hostess with the
mostess” and you won’t even notice.
My girlfriend’s husband doesn’t want her to hang around me now that I’m divorced. Should I talk to him? I would let that discussion remain with them. Remember, it is not about you; it is about their relationship. If their marriage is on unsteady ground, he might feel threatened that now his wife might be seeing life through the eyes of a single woman. I would act the same way you have always acted around him; let them talk it through. Hopefully, you and your friend can maintain a friendship even if it takes a different form than before. Would it be a good idea to join a divorce group? What can it offer me that I can’t do on my own? Structure and accountability. Divorce can make one feel overwhelmed and not sure which direction to go. If you are in a group, you will have a built-in support system and a schedule. There usually is assigned reading and homework. Don’t stop doing things that you are already doing, but the group just adds another dimension. Debbie Martinez is a Certified Divorce Life Coach. She has given workshops on divorce and women’s issues and has offices in South Miami. For more information, go to <www.thepowerofdivorcecoach.com>.

Your Personal Heart Check-up
Rev. Wil Keyser RELIGION February has been designated by the American Heart Association and other healthcare organizations as “Heart Month.” There will be many events emphasizing the importance of good heart-health. We will be reminded to avoid too much red meat; greasy fried food; cheese and all the other delicious things that tend to clog up our arteries; lose some weight; get more exercise and most of all get rid of all that stress!! That may not result in a physically healthy heart. Eventually you must go to your Cardiologist for a heart check-up and decide whether or not to follow his advice or just let things ride, taking your chances that everything will be just fine. Many will get on the “healthy heart” bandwagon for the month of February and then, just like those New Year’s Resolutions, revert to the red meat, greasy fried food, etc., until next February. Some may go so far as to insist on the ‘diet’ drink along with the triple bacon cheeseburger. That will not result in a healthy heart either! The same holds true for your Spiritually healthy heart. The scriptures refer to the heart 569 times so it is a very important topic. In the days of Noah, “God saw how great man’s wickedness on the earth had become, that every inclination of the thoughts of his heart were only evil all the time. God was grieved that he had made man and God’s heart was filled with pain.” (Genesis 6:5-6) When our heart is
not right with God it has an adverse effect on the heart of God. David, The Psalmist, laid out the scenario in Psalm 24 by raising the question: “Who may ascend the hill of the Lord? Who may stand in His Holy Place? When it is time to talk to God about our problems we see that our heart condition is extremely important. Those who have a malfunctioning heart, Spiritually, are not allowed to address God nor come into the presence of God. David provided the answer to the question: “He who has clean hands and a pure heart.” How does one find the cure for the heart problem? Again the answer is given by David in Psalm 51: “Have mercy on me, O God, according to your unfailing love and great compassion blot out my sin.” In addition he asked for a new heart: “Create in me a pure heart and renew a steadfast spirit within me.” Notice that God does not perform a heart transplant, God creates a new heart in those who confess their sins and ask for His forgiveness. What are the benefits of a healthy heart? Longer life, an active life, a life full of happiness. So it is with a Spiritually healthy heart. “Surely the righteous man, the one whose heart is right with God, will never be shaken. He will have no fear of bad news because his heart is steadfast, trusting in the Lord. His heart is secure and in the end he will triumph over his foes and be lifted high in honor. Most importantly he will stand in the presence of God. Spiritual heart health does not require an appointment or a referral; there is no need for Medicare or insurance; simply ask God to create in you a pure heart and enjoy all the benefits. Rev. Keyser is Pastoral Director of The Quiet Place 305 931 4823.

Jazz in the Gardens 2012 The lucky number 7 musical extravaganza everyone wants to be at! BY LEE STEPHENS
Thousands will soon make their pilgrimage to the sunny city of Miami Gardens in order to be a part of the most fabulous musical event of the season, the 7th Annual “Jazz in the Gardens.” This two day extravaganza will be hosted by MC Lyte on March 17 & 18, 2012 at Sunlife Stadium. Beginning Saturday, March 17, “Jazz in the Gardens” attendees will be treated to exhilarating performances by Jill Scott, Kem, Ledisi, Doug E Fresh and Ramsey Lewis. The Sunday, March 18, line up will feature the unparalleled voices of Mary J Blige, Patti LaBelle and Nicole Henry as well as the smooth instrumental sounds of Kenny G and A The incomparable combination of Miami Gardens’ fabulous weather and rich culture with Jazz in the Gardens’ historically proven track record of super star acts makes for an unforgettable festival experience. Music aficionados know that coming to “Jazz in the Gardens” means having a fabulous weekend, with no winter and no worries, just balmy spring breezes, sunshine and good times. his year, over 48,000 concert-goers from all across the United States and the Caribbean are expected to attend the twoday music festival. Past attendees have witnessed historic performances with headliners like the reunion of the Isley Brothers, Gladys Knight, Maze featuring Frankie Beverly, Ms. Lauren Hill, Boys II Men, Common, Erykah Badu, John Legend, and Anthony Hamilton. The “Jazz in the Gardens” music festival has made the City of Miami Gardens a nationally-recognized destination. The City of Miami Gardens continues to be successful in creating innovative initiatives that make the City a viable place to live, visit and do business. These efforts include creating a police force of 201 officers that has reduced crime by almost 40% in the past year; establishing a business chamber to support the 3,000 thriving businesses in the City and providing recreational and public services to 110,000 residents. In addition, Miami Gardens has also been the proud host to past Super bowls and other major sporting events that were held at Sun Life Stadium, home of the Miami Dolphins and “Jazz in the Gardens.” The City’s extraordinary story of achievement has garnered a feature on NBC Nightly News with Brian Williams as well as MSNBC’s Morning Joe. The mas-
termind behind the festival is its first and only mayor, Shirley Gibson. A veteran of the police force who spearheaded the creation of “Jazz in the Gardens” in order to drive travel to the little city that could and DID! “Jazz in the Gardens” is not just a festival for the South Floridian masses, it’s attended by nearly anyone who loves and understands quality jazz and R&B. New Yorkers, Trinidadians, Bahamians, Europeans flock to Miami Gardens to jam to the latest in jazz, soul, R&B, neo-soul and world beat music. The a-list line-up, the strong support from music lovers all over the world and the leadership of one accomplished mayor are but three of the reasons that “Jazz in the Gardens” skyrocketed into the international stratosphere. While other well-known music festivals of yesteryear are losing their luster and struggling to sell tickets, “Jazz in the Gardens” remains the hottest ticket year after year and it may something to do with the incredible value vs. ticket prices for the event. While a single ticket to see Jay-Z will break your piggy bank at almost $100 a pop, a two-day general admission ticket to see 10 superstar artists strut their stuff on stage will only run you $75, and those 10 artists are definitely something to write home about. Event organizers have never forgotten the roots of the event, or one of the main reasons they started it to begin with and that was to bring jazz to the forefront of Miami’s eclectic music scene. This is why jazz vocal enchantress, Nicole Henry, late night band leader Kevin Eubanks and famed composer, pianist and legend Ramsey Lewis are headlining the event along with international superstar Kenny G. Although some may find it strange to fuse together the musical styles of the aforementioned jazz legends with the R&B and Neo Soul sounds you will hear from Mary J Blige, Patti LaBelle, Jill Scott and Ledisi, it’s one of the main draws of “Jazz in the Gardens.” Combining these genres with the likes of Doug E Fresh and Kem is exactly what keeps drawing people together and form the kind of “super-concert” that can only be found in one of the most diverse and culturally-rich cities in the nation, Miami Gardens. So if you want to be seduced into romance by Kenny G, find a new attitude with Patti LaBelle or remember Mr. Wrong with Mary J, the only place to do so will be at Jazz in the Gardens this March. www.jazzinthegardens.com

RayPrinciotta ON REAL ESTATE A READER, DON, WRITES US: I recently got a new job that’s an hour away from my home and the commute is killing me. I’d like to move closer to my work and am thinking about buying condo in Miami. The move would certainly improve my life but I’m not sure if the smart time to buy is now, or should I wait for prices to go lower? RAY SAYS: Don, if we could forecast the future prices we’d all be millionaires! That said, let me show you a few of the helps real estate professionals use to judge the market. The first is called the Real Estate Investment Clock, and you’ll find it useful in several ways. You Cannot Sharp Shoot the Bottom (or Top) of the Real Estate Market. Both Buyers and Sellers get caught in the trap of trying to zero in on the exact top or bottom of the market. Of course we all want to Buy Low and Sell High. However, if you try to buy at the absolute bottom, the odds are
February 15 - 21, 2012
You Cannot Sharp Shoot the Bottom of the Real Estate Market you will miss an opportunity to buy the right home for your family. A good rule of thumb is: Don't try to pinpoint bottom or the top of the Real Estate Market. Below is the Real Estate Investment Clock graphic. As you can see, there are two clearly defined time periods for intelligent buying and selling. Both are dependent on the movement of the market and are related to the general swing of the economy. The market is never stagnant, and the cycle of Boom-Slowdown-Recession-Recovery is always in process. I explain in more detail at www.rayonrealestate.com/clock. A second factor you should consider is what are the cost benefits of moving closer to your work. Commuting 2 hours each day carries real costs. The IRS figures business travel expenses at 55 cents per mile. This figure includes fuel, maintenance and depreciation in the standard travel expense. Unfortunately you can’t deduct travel expenses you incur commuting to and from your work, but their formula is helpful in clarifying an out-of-pocket expense. Here’s how it works: Let’s say you currently live 30 miles from your work. That commute comes out to 60 miles per day x 20 days per month = 1,200 miles. At 55
cents per mile the commute costs you $666.00 per month. Now let’s say your new commute would be 10 miles round trip. The new travel costs will be approximately $111.00 per month, bringing you a smart saving of $550.00 each month. So the $6,600 per year is getting to be serious money, certainly something to be considered. Another important factor is what will be the positive effect of having more time at your disposal? A 1 hour commute each way is 10 hours each week, and, if you are in Miami there’s a very good chance the commute is actually 10-20% longer on many days. Think about what you could do with the extra time you are not in the car commuting. Here are a few ideas: exercise, have breakfast with your family, read the news, get involved with your community or your children’s schools, or, if you need to, take work home from your office. Whatever you do with your time has to be more fulfilling than the meat grinder that is Miami traffic! Summary: Bulls get Rich, Bears get
Rich...Pigs get slaughtered. Smart money (highly sophisticated real estate investors) always try to buy before the absolute bottom and sell before the absolute top; and most always make money. Remember to look at all the factors before you make a move.
