主講人：袁廣鳴 ╱《佔領第 561 個小時》錄像藝術家 鄭立明 ╱《尋找木柵女》導演 孫松榮 ╱ 國立台南藝術大學 動畫藝術與影像美學研究所副教授 紀錄片等同訪談加幕後花絮、單頻道影像、起承轉合？ 1926 年，紀錄片之父葛 里遜（John Grierson）提出定義為「對現實的創意處理」。1982 年，呂清夫發表 了台灣第一篇有系統地分析錄影藝術的專文：把錄像藝術分為四大類別，其中一 個為「紀錄影像」。異於慣性觀影經驗所帶來的是什麼？主流媒體操作議題的片 段式剪接有比較接近現實？今天翻看《北方的南努克》重演情節會被歸類為實驗 片嗎？甚至，紀錄片需要被強調作為一種類型嗎？今夜影展結束之時，延伸討論 比答案重要。

Fleifel spent his formative years in the camp in the 1980s before his family settled in Denmark. People affected with this disease stop breathing during sleep and require lifetime mechanical assistance on a ventilator. The film shows the first few months of living together after the diagnosis. The film examines the process of taming fear by and gradually adapting to new circumstances.

His uncle decides to take a three-day journey to Bhutan's capital of Thimpu to buy a TV set. Peyangki will go along on the trip, his first foray into the big city. "Do you expect TV to make you happy?" asks the lama of the last five monks at Peyangki's monestery. The answer is a resounding "Yes." About 50 years old, Er Housheng was an itinerant singer of Two Sets. He sang to make a living at Hetao of Inner Mongolia. 24 years ago, he met a woman while performing in a village. She was with a man and they lived in poverty. The man asked her to sing with Er Housheng to earn more money. Unexpectedly, they fell in love with each other that he decided to take her away. Once the man was told, he asked two of his brothers to cut out his eyes. Luckly, Er Housheng survived and produced a song based on this experience called "Cut Out the Eyes." The song was prevalent for a period of time in Inner Mongolia and Shanxi Province.

Despite of his success in the night market, his family life appears quite the opposite. Almost 70 years old now, he continues his life in the night market. As the night falls every evening, Zhong Shan Road and its hundred years of history are now facing reconstruction and the night market full of yummy food venders is soon to be gone. Ninth Uncle helplessly watches the empire he worked his whole life for slowly fall apart.

However, gulf and conflicts between personal vision and traditional thinking, between old and new, which traumatized him in the past, gradually surface once again as rehabilitation process moves on.

Instead, they persisted and brought changes to Hong Kong art circle and audience. Their enthusiasm for art-creating, they showed us however difficult the environment may be, we can still hang on with "love," as long as we have our "heart" with us.

Hurricane Katrina and the ensuing aftermath destroyed Noel's community. As he rebuilds, he evokes the past through the enlistment of his personal archives. The story that he tells about his neighborhood is affected by the story of innocent people gunned down while attempting to cross a bridge in search of safety, and for Noel, their plight clarify many things. 行為藝術家瓦旦．塢瑪是陳界仁認識十幾年的朋友。 在上一個計劃《幸福大廈 I》所搭建的場景，瓦旦僅 存有的幾張照片與一本筆記本， 構成了這部「非傳 記」、「非紀實」的影片。關於「過往」，無論它以 何種形式殘存，某方面說，消逝是必然的。
台灣史上第一次，學生佔領立法院長達 585 小時。影 像緩緩掃描空無一人的議場，我們才得以 被迫檢視 在場卻又不屬於原本現場的物件。放慢一半及倒轉的 國歌，使議場頓時轉變為神聖的教堂，時間在豐盛、 頹圮及虛空（void）中往返滑行。
CHEN has been friends with Watan Uma for more than ten years. Before he started filming, he asked Watan if he could see a picture of him when he was younger. A few days later, with a few pictures and a notebook in hand, Watan told him, "I could only find these. The rest are missing." No matter what remains of the past, in a certain respect, their disappearance is inevitable.
For the first time, students occupied Taiwan's parliament for 585 hours. The soundtrack of this documentary is derived from our national anthem. This vanishing ephemeral scenery transforms the chamber, which is made familiar to us by mass media into a spectacle more magnificent than the media spectacle.

A couple of homeless men lie sleeping on the floor of a bank vestibule. If you wanted to use the ATM, you would have to step right over them or find another ATM. KOSSAKOVSKY captures this economic crisis in a single image.

Mainly shown on walls in the form of graffiti, the revolution in Tunisia is full of messages. These messages were often contradictory just as the political reality of pay. This video brings together the most famous messages in chronological order while exposing the unchanged, telling us what has happened in Tunisia since the revolution.
In 1871, John Thompson the Scottish photographer came to Formosa, and shot a series of images, which became the first, widely published set of photos of Formosa in the West. One of the most famous portraits displays a mysterious, aboriginal mother holding a baby in Muzha. This photo was shot with a 3D camera, its door-like double images lead the crew to the pursuit of the history about our motherland and ancestors.

TRAN 尋獲爺爺生前所拍的 16 釐米柯達底片素材， 決定重新剪接這段封存在 50 年代的民間風俗面貌。 從花開到春節之間，除了爺爺的缺席，別無所有。這 位孫子是策展人兼藝術家，曾創立河內當代藝術中心 和 Nha San 工作室（越南首個獨立地下藝術空間）。
傷害的話語劃過乾涸之地，生活彷彿回歸平靜，父親 如常照顧失智爺爺的起居飲食。在導演的親密凝視 之下，父子情感靜謐流動，終究以最溫柔姿態承認生 命中必然的殘酷和脆弱，略有河瀨直美導演早期作品 《親親婆婆》的影子。
NGUYEN Van Vinh (1895-1975) shot in Hanoi in the 50s, documentaries with 16mm Kodak color-film footages. In 2011, his grandson, Tran Luong, discovered these films and re-edited them. TRAN Luong is an artist and curator who founded the Hanoi Contemporary Art Center in 2000.
Vietnamese filmmaker Phuong Thao DONG gets up close and personal with her father and her elderly grandfather, who still has a great head of gray hair but hardly knows where he is anymore. As the son puts it, "We need to learn how to listen so that we can be together."

《台北舞光》是一部 14 分鐘的短片，通過跳舞看台 北人 24 小時的生活。熟悉的場域、日常的動作、平 凡的臉孔，經由另一種觀看方法，重新發掘個人和群 體的關係，如何構成被忽略的城市風景。
導演拜訪了三十幾位老幼男女，邀請他們隨歌起舞， 無情節無對白無 NG，乍看像是無厘頭的家居片段， 但是一位接一位，舞者投入擺動肢體、家人在旁視 而不見，每個家居佈置細節都彷彿透露著個人生命 史的局部。生活化舉動、刻意擺設的麥克風、芭樂 歌背景，逐漸累積成一場超現實的奇觀。
Dancing Taipei is a 14-minute film, which shows 24 hours of Taipei life through its dancing inhabitants. Through this new way of seeing, the film reveals the relationship between individuals and community. We find out a city we've never seen.
Living Stars is an original and anarchic way of reaching domestic surrealism in the screen. Argentinians open their homes to the audience and show dance numbers they used to perform alone, in front of the mirror. You have to pay attention: furniture, posters, refrigerators, clothes, plants... everything speaks.
