CNI has a hierarchical functional organizational structure. All the CNI activities and functions are carried out under a vertical line of command and through the respective bodies as follows:

General Body
This is the highest body that constitutes all members of CNI. It is also called the General Assembly.
National Council
National Council is one of the high level working committee of CNI. This consists of 37 Elected Members, CNI Province Coordinator from each Province, 10 selected members, Immediate Past President and President. This council includes CNI Chief advisor and non-elected President of CNI District Industry Association as Ex-officio members.
Governing Council
Governing Council is the policy-making body of CNI that is constituted of twelve senior business leaders under the coordination of CNI President Emeritus.
Office Bearers
Office Bearers Committee is the main functional body of CNI consisting of the President, Immidiate Past President, Senior Vice President, six Vice Presidents and Director General (non-voting member).
Secretariat
CNI has an efficient Secretariat with different departments specialized in research and development, documentation and publication, and foreign trade information center for its daily operation. Likewise, the secretariat constitutes information collection and dissemination unit, forums, committees supported by competitive professionals and support staff.
Similarly, CNI secretariat has own spacious office of more than 4500 square feet area, which includes three Meeting Halls, special guest station, cabins, number of work stations and various office bearers as well as administrative wings.
