COACH EXPECTATIONS
To bring to life our Coach Narrative—our Purpose, Values and Vision— we are collectively changing the way we work to become the company that defines modern luxury. To be successful, we need to enact the narrative at an individual level. That’s why we’re launching our new Coach Expectations: to describe what we expect from one another using a common vocabulary that reflects our values and guides our behaviors. Coach Expectations represent Coach at its best. They are aspirational (and achievable) and will drive us to grow and improve. Our Expectations guide behaviors across three key roles: individual contributor, people manager and leader. They empower all of us to create a distinctly modern Coach culture.
