I _____________________________________ commit to sticking with my 2020 goal through thick and thin, for the entire year, until I achieve it. I understand that I may be faced with fear, doubt, worry, overwhelm and a variety of other emotions but I will not give up on my goal because of them. Instead, I will face those emotions and figure out how to keep moving forward despite them. When I make mistakes or experience failure I promise to learn a lesson from those situations, allow them to help me grow and keep moving forward toward my goal. I will not beat myself up verbally on days that I don’t follow through. Instead, I will focus on becoming more self-aware so that I can better understand why I make the decisions that I make and use learned techniques so that I can make better choices moving forward. I understand that all of this will take a lot of hard work and require me to leave my comfort zone, which I will not want to do, but I will do it anyway. I also understand that I am not in this alone, and I will use the Goal Get It webinars and the Goal Gossip group to help keep me motivated and to motivate others who are also working toward their goals.

The Goal Get It Workbook is designed to coach and guide you as you work toward achieving the goals that are most important to you. List the habits in the weekly tracker, make a mark in the tracker on each day that you practice the habit. Monthly Check-In - Reflect on how you progressed throughout the month & rate your satisfaction in 8 areas of your life. This worksheet will increase your awareness & help you to plan more intentionally for the upcoming months. Monthly Goals - Select a monthly goal & follow the 7 Steps to Get It Done to ensure that you accomplish the goal. Thought Management Tool - This tool will allow you to practice thinking more intentionally by identifying your negative thoughts & replacing them with thoughts that are most serving to you. Vision Boards - This activity allows you to create visuals of your 1 year & 6 month goals. Weekly Goals - Use this section of the workbook to list the top goals you want to focus on for the week.

The idea is to break your year long goal into monthly goals so that you only have one major goal to focus on each month. Keep a list of the 2020 accomplishments that you are most proud of & be sure to update it regularly. Review this list often to help keep you inspired, especially when you are feeling unmotivated.
It’s important that you celebrate the big & small successes you have throughout the year. Planning to celebrate yourself gives you something to look forward to & can help keep you energized as you move from one goal to the next. Create a list of ways that you want to celebrate your successes. Put a mark along side the form of celebration listed each time you use it to celebrate your successes.
