Dear Parent / Carer Support for Parents of children who have been asked to self Isolate If staying at home to care for a child who has been told to isolate is going to prevent you from getting the basics you need such as food or prescriptions, you can phone the Council's Self-isolation Helpline 01259 452275 during office hours (Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm) to request help. Working parents on low income who can’t work from home may be eligible for a grant in recognition of lost earnings.
