TERMS & CONDITIONS: Payment is due Net 30 days from invoice date to customers with satisfactory credit ratings. Finance charges of 1 ½% per month will be added to past due accounts. Until credit is established, advance payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or check. A 3% service charge will be added to Net 30 accounts if paid with a credit card after shipping. There is a $20.00 service charge on all returned checks. CREDIT: Credit card required for opening orders. To establish a Net 30 credit account, please provide three trade references plus one bank reference. Submit request in writing to: info@themintbox.com. Late payments will result in a loss of credit. MINIMUM ORDERS: $100. Drop shipping is available. CLAIMS FOR DAMAGE: All claims for damages or shortages must be reported within 10 days of receipt of shipment; must be authorized. In case of damage, file a claim with carrier immediately. Always retain all packing materials for the carrier to inspect. A credit memo will be issued to resolve damage. LIABILITY LIMIT: This product has been thoroughly inspected before shipment. In the unlikely event of a product defect, (excluding breakage) the Company’s only obligation and buyer’s exclusive remedy is the replacement or repair of the product at no charge to the buyer. The Company shall not be liable for any direct, consequential, incidental loss or damage. We are not responsible for melted products. NOTE: PLEASE USE 4 DIGIT NUMBER WHEN ORDERING STOCK ART. ARTWORK SUBMISSION: Send files to info@themintbox.com. Vector file formats (AI, EPS, PDF) preferred. TIF, JPG, and PSD are also acceptable if 300 dpi or higher. SETUP CHARGES: Additional charges may be added for nonconforming artwork. We will advise before any work is done. Art setup of $40/hr will be invoiced (minimum of one hour). PROOF: All new orders will receive a digital proof. May not apply to stock design orders that do not require changes or name drops. Once approved, the order will be sent into production. NOTE: WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR MELTED PRODUCTS SUMMER TIME & HOT WEATHER SHIPPING: While we ship year round, during the warm months and to warm weather locations, we strongly suggest that the shipping time is no more than 2 days. We also recommend shipping in a cooler box with ice packs. There is an additional charge of $8.00 per shipping box, which includes the cooler and ice packs.
