Climb a glacier, kayak the ocean and hike the rainforest instead of sitting inside a classroom. Hop on a boat to collect seaweed or visit a local farmer to learn permaculture tips from experts in the field

We offer field schools May to August every year that offer an ad ture of a lifetime with a focus on sustainability, environmental science and culture.

Community Connections

Other fields of studies can bring you into a boardroom or courtoom instead. Our business students study rural marketing and partner with local organizations to help with business planning.
