About EPIC by COCHON555 Since inception in 2008, the COCHON U.S. Tour and it’s programs like Chef’s Course have supported responsible family farming across the country. As a result, thousands have feasted on heritage pigs and over 1 Billion media impressions have been served for “heritage breed pigs” and responsible agriculture - more than any other culinary event in the country. Founded in 2012, EPIC is a unique expression of COCHON555 showcasing a one-timeonly event that will never been replicated. The first, held at the James Beard House in New York City featured a seated pork-centric dinner for 80 paired with rare and vintage Champagnes in conjunction with the launch of the Chef’s Course program – a unique offering by COCHON555. Unlike COCHON555, EPIC is not a competition, it’s a celebration of chefs, farmers and the porc-centric spirit of the city. More than 1500 pounds, wines, brews, ciders, scrapple, butchery, and Tartare, and its an honor to be here at The RitzCarlton, Philadelphia Hotel, our Official Host & Hotel of EPIC No.2.
