Pregnant ladies require 1.4 milligrams of Vitamin B2. This vitamin is essential in pregnancy since or promotes healthy growth of body tissues and reproductive organs. Niacin or Vitamin B3 Vitamin B3 is required for assistance in digestion and growth of nerves. It also helps to keep up healthy skin.
