MAISON DE LA LUZ - NEW ORLEANS

At New Orlean’s Maison de la Luz, Atelier Ace partnered with LA-based Studio Shamshiri to preserve historic features of the building like its dramatic grand staircase, while also tying in contemporary works like allegorical paintings by Rebecca Rebouché.

Pendry West Hollywood brings all the theatrical fun you’d hope for (and then some) in a City of Angels boutique hotel; designer Martin Brudnizkia has piled on the art deco drama with shimmering ceilings, ostrich feathers and plenty of rich textures.

ARIZONA BILTMORE, A WALDORF ASTORIA RESORT - PHOENIX

Recent updates to this historic, Frank Lloyd Wright-influenced hotel included the preservation of the building’s iconic Biltmore Blocks and the bottom of the Saguaro pool (notably, Marilyn Monroe’s favorite) being lined with bespoke mosaics by Bisazza.
