You can not say that i am weak in Java [Result will be immediate rejection] Here is an example of greatest weakness Authentic Weakness: Not very Social Everyone knows that normally developers are not social creatures. It’s a common knowledge that a developer has more interest in his code then the people around him. So this is a very good example of a genuine developer weakness. "I am not very social"
