Residence Hall Lobbies
If you are living on campus, the Residence Life staff will help you get moved in before Orientation activities begin. Students should check in at the lobby of their residence hall and then proceed to Phifer Commons in Gage Memorial Union to get checked in for Orientation.
Phifer Commons, Gage Memorial Union
All students must check in for Orientation in Phifer Commons, where you will receive your Orientation packet, Orientation T-shirt and other important information. Representatives from the Office of Student Financial Services, Human Resources and Health Services also will be available to collect new student documentation that’s still needed. Parents who would like to participate in Parent Orientation can check in and receive their packets and information.

Kohawk wings outside of Gage Memorial Union
Students and families are welcome to take a campus tour led by a campus tour guide. Tours will leave from the Kohawk wings outside of Gage Memorial Union.

All students and families are invited to eat in The “U” at no cost during this time period.

Parents and families are encouraged to attend an informational session with a panel of Coe faculty and staff to learn about the resources available at Coe and to answer questions from the audience.
