Nasce Eurosistemi Italia Eurosistemi Italia comes to life
Dall’idea di alcuni applicatori specializzati nella ristrutturazione di interni con sistemi di costruzioni a secco, nasce nel 1990 Pareti e soffitti con il primo punto vendita della Provincia di Rimini, specializzato in prodotti e sistemi in cartongesso.
Con l’espandersi nel mercato italiano ed estero e cercando di rispondere ad ogni esigenza nel 2001, l’azienda Pareti e Soffitti diventa Eurosistemi Italia iniziando, con la realizzazione di diversi Brevetti Industriali, la produzione di tutta la propria gamma di sistemi per cartongesso.
In 1990 Pareti e soffitti was conceived by the idea of some specialised applicators in interior renovations with dry construction systems with the first point of sale in the Province of Rimini, specialised in plasterboard products and systems.
With expansion to the Italian and foreign markets and attempting to meet every need, in 2001, Pareti e Soffitti became Eurosistemi Italia starting, with several industrial patents, the production of its entire range of plasterboard systems.

Nel 2005 Eurosistemi Italia crea la divisione GEP per soddisfare le idee pazze. In GEP vengono analizzati i progetti più complessi, e grazie al nostro team troviamo sempre soluzioni ottimali e fattibili.
Eurosistemi Italia nel tempo è sempre stata riconosciuta da tutti i nostri clienti/collaboratori per serietà ed affidabilità nel rispetto costante degli impegni presi ed è sempre stata Leader nel mercato dei prodotti realizzati in cartongesso per sistemi costruttivi a secco e pronti all’uso. Nel 2011 Eurosistemi Italia lascia il mercato a Gyps.
In 2005, Eurosistemi Italia created the GEP division to meet crazy ideas. The most complex projects are analysed in GEP and, thanks to our team, excellent and feasible solutions are always found.
In time, Eurosistemi Italia has always been recognised by all our customers/employees for its expertise and reliability in constantly keeping its promises and has always been the leader in the plasterboard product market for dry and ready to use construction systems. In 2011, Eurosistemi Italia left the market to Gyps.

Cubotti Led La soluzione per un illuminazione semplice ed originale Cubotti in cartongesso con bordi dritti a 90° per avere un fascio di luce concentrato e con bordi inclinati a 135° per avere un fascio di luce allargato. Su entrambi i modelli si possono inserire faretti a luce LED con attacco GU10 con due tipi di potenza e con due tipi di tonalità di luce. (Luce calda e luce neutra). Vedi accessori luce pag. 20. Possono essere montati a filo soffitto, semiribassati o ribassati. Di facile applicazione mediante fissaggio meccanico o colla poliuretanica. Il cubotto doppio a 90° o 135° va montato in verticale a parete.

LED cubes The solution for simple and original lighting Plasterboard cubes with straight, 90° edges, for a concentrated light beam and with 135° tilted edges for an enlarged light beam. LED spotlights can be installed on both models with GU10 fitting with two types of power and with two types of light intensities. (Warm light and neutral light). See lighting accessories on page 20. They can be mounted flush, semi-recessed or recessed. Easy to install with mechanical fasteners or polyurethane glue. The double 90° or 135° cube is mounted vertical on the wall.

gyps linear 01 The solution to make ceilings fully available for inspection GYPS LINEAR, the reinforced plasterboard strip. Gyps Linear is the self-bearing plasterboard solution that guarantees excellent functional and aesthetic results. The pre-shaped panels create ceilings with hidden inspection compartments that can be removed at any time and in any point. APPLICATION: public, residential and retail building interiors and, in general, wherever ceiling inspection is required. Hallway ideas. OTHER INFO: GYPS LINEAR is a product that comes in two versions: GYPS LINEAR without closed joint and GYPS LINEAR with closed joint.
SPECIFICHE TECNICHE - TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS Doghe modulari in cartongesso per controsoffitti realizzate con lastre spessore 9,5mm, consigliato in modo da alleggerire il peso del controsoffitto, a richiesta possiamo produrre anche altri spessori. La larghezza delle doghe standard è di 333mm e lunghezza 2000mm. A richiesta può essere prodotto qualsiasi tipo di dimensione. La doga Gyps Linear si distinge per il rinforzo realizzato con bandella in accaio verticale inserito nel doppio ribordo su entrambi i lati. Gyps Linear si applica in appoggio su un profilo perimetrale, che può essere Cornice d’imposta (vedi Profilgyps pag 36). Modular plasterboard strips for false ceilings made with 9.5 mm thick sheets, recommended to lighten the weight of the false ceiling. Other thicknesses are available upon request. The standard strip width is 333 mm with 2000 mm length. Any size can be produced upon request. The Gyps Linear strip stands out for its reinforcement made with a vertical steel strap inserted in the double edge on both sides. Gyps Linear is applied on a perimeter profile that can be the shutter frame (see Profilgyps page 36).

SPECIFICHE TECNICHE - TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS La POSIZIONE e il NUMERO delle fresature sono a scelta e NON VARIANO IL PREZZO - La larghezza della lastra fresata sarà ridotta di ± mm 2 della lama di taglio - E’ previsto un margine di tolleranza nelle misure di ± mm 1/ml, a seconda delle lastre utilizzate - Al momento dell’ordine andrà specificato se il BORDO dovrà essere DIRITTO o ASSOTTIGLIATO. (L’elemento incollato può presentare sbavature di colla dovute alla espansione in fase di asciugatura che si possono rimuovere con un comune cutter). Gli elementi tagliati a misura comportano l’addebito di eventuali sfridi di materiale. The POSITION and NUMBER of milled sheets are by choice and DO NOT CHANGE THE PRICE. The cutting blade reduces the width of the milled sheet by ± 2 mm. depending on the milled sheet used, a tolerance margin of 1mm/m is allowed for. At the time of order it must be specified whether the EDGE must be STRAIGHT or THINNED. (The glued element may have glue burrs due to expansion during dryng and can be removed with a common cutter). There is an extra charge for elements cut to size.

Lastre cemento Lastre in cemento adatte per interni ed esterni I sistemi Duroaboard hanno elevate prestazioni, con spessori contenuti e rapida posa in opera. Si distinguono per l’ottima resistenza all’umidità. DURABOARD e DURABOARD LIGHT sono indicate nella costruzione a secco di elementi verticali e orizzontali ed elementi decorativi in rilievo, sia in interni che in esterni. L’installazione è semplice e simile al sistema delle lastre in gesso rivestite.
Campi di applicazione: In esterno: Rivestimenti di facciate Rivestimenti esterni orizzontali e verticali Rivestimento di travi e pilastri Realizzazione di parapetti In interno: Pareti divisorie e di compartimentazione tra unità immobiliari. Pareti in locali ad alto tasso di umidità: bagni, cucine, cantine e garages, spa, piscine, saune, docce, bagni turchi e celle frigorifere. In tutti i locali dove sono richieste delle prestazioni di resisistenza all’umidità. Le superfici della lastra DURABOARD sono levigate e rifinite e i bordi sono perfettamente squadrati. L’impasto omogeneo in tutto lo spessore del pannello rende la lastra DURABOARD estremamente rigida e resistente e conserva queste caratteristiche anche se sottoposta ad incisioni fino al 40% del suo spessore. La sua compattezza permette tagli netti e precisi, privi di sgretolature.

The homogeneous texture of the entire panel thickness makes the DURABOARD sheet extremely rigid and resistant and preserves these properties even when subject to incisions up to 40% of its thickness. DURABOARD LIGHT è una lastra dello spessore di circa 13 mm ed è leggera, resistente, di facile lavorabilità. La presenza dei granuli di legno, ottenuto con un processo di riciclaggio, garantisce un peso minore, che costituisce un vantaggio nella lavorazione. Può essere tagliata semplicemente con un cutter e facilmente trasportabile a mano, grazie al suo peso contenuto. DURABOARD LIGHT ha un lato liscio e uno ruvido. Il lato liscio va appoggiato al telaio e quindi è il lato non a vista. La parte ruvida aiuta e migliora l’aggrappaggio con colla e rete da cappotto in fibra di vetro. Nella parte ruvida la testa delle viti rimane esterna, questo per non far rompere la lastra e creare dei punti di ulteriore aggrappaggio per la malta.
DURABOARD LIGHT is a sheet about 13 mm thick, lightweight, resistant and easy to process. The wood grains, obtained with a recycling process, guarantees lower weight, to the advantage of processing. It can be simple cut with an exacto-knife and easily carried by hand, thanks to its low weight. DURABOARD LIGHT has a smooth side and a rough side. The smooth side is rested on the frame and thus is the side not seen. The rough side helps and improves adherence with glue and fibreglass mesh lining. Screw heads remain external in the rough part to avoid breaking the sheet and creating additional adhesion points for mortar.

SPECIFICHE TECNICHE - TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS Le indicazioni per applicare in modo corretto le lastre Duraboard, sono assolutamente simili al sistema a secco; va posta particolare attenzione al loro posizionamento, alla distanza tra le giunzioni, ai giunti di dilatazione e alle lavorazioni di stuccatura e finitura delle superfici: passaggi fondamentali per la buona riuscita di un lavoro. Per lavorazioni in esterno si consiglia rasante per esterno ARDEX V2001. Taglio delle lastre: Il taglio può essere eseguito mediante l’utilizzo di idoneo utensile meccanico per la DURABOARD® e con cutter per la DURABOARD LIGHT. Orditura metallica: Utilizzare profili idonei al tipo di applicazione e di ambiente: parete, controparete, controsoffitto. Si raccomandano profili metallici con spessore di mm 6/10 e 8/10 per interni e 10/10 per esterno. In caso di posa in ambienti con elevata umidità, prevedere l’utilizzo di profili
con apposito trattamento protettivo. L’interasse dei montanti non deve superare i 40 cm. Si ottiene un ottimo isolamento termoacustico dei profili perimetrali mediante l’applicazione di nastro mono-adesivo. Posizionamento delle lastre: La posa delle lastre dovrà avvenire a giunti sfalsati, così come consigliato per la posa del cartongesso o gesso rivestito. Tra una lastra e l’altra occorre lasciare una fessura di 3-4 mm per favorire la penetrazione del collante-rasante nei giunti. Il fissaggio delle lastre deve avvenire mediante speciali viti Duraboard con trattamento di colore blu anticorrosione avvitate almeno ogni 20 cm. Si consiglia per la stuccatura dei giunti e delle fughe, sia longitudinali che trasversali o per la rasatura su tutta superficie, l’applicazione di rasantecollante cementizio ARDEX V 2001 con rete da cappotto standard in fibra di vetro resistente agli alcali da 165g./m², maglia 4x4 mm.
The instructions for correct Duraboard sheet application are absolutely similar to the dry system: however, special attention must be paid to their positioning, the distance between joints, expansion joints and plaster and surface finish processes: essential steps for a successful outcome. For outdoor processes, we recommend ARDEX V2001 outdoor plaster. Sheet cutting: DURABOARD® sheets can be cut with a suitable mechanical tool and an exacto-knife used for DURABOARD LIGHT. Metallic frame: Use profiles suited to the type of application and room: wall, false wall, false ceiling. Metallic profiles with 6/10 and 8/10 mm thickness are recommended for indoor use and 10/10 for outdoor use. When installed in rooms with high humidity, use profiles with specific protective treatment. Uprights should not be over 40 cm apart.
Excellent heat and noise insulation is obtained by apply mono-adhesive tape. Sheet positioning: Sheets should be installed on staggered joints as recommended for plasterboard or lined gypsum installation. Leave a 3-4 mm gap between one sheet and the next to promote glue-plaster penetration in the joints. Sheets should be secured using the special Duraboard rustproof blue treated screws, applied at least every 20 cm. ARDEX V 2001 cement plaster-glue is recommended for both longitudinal and cross joint and groove or surface plastering with standard 165g./m², 4x4 mm mesh alkaline resistant fibreglass mesh coating.

Isolamento acustico tra stanze adiacenti Soundproofing for adjacent rooms
Soluzioni in opera per impiego a soffitto: “Isolast 200 Std A2”* sp. totale 23 mm, dim. mm 1200x2500. Questa lastra accoppiata fonoisolante è ideale per l’utilizzo in orizzontale grazie al pannello fonoisolante con densità di 200 kg/ m³. Questo prodotto è indicato per applicazioni mediante fissaggio meccanico con viti autoperforanti al telaio. Il telaio di sostegno dovrà essere pendinato con speciali pendini acustici e isolato perimetralmente con il nastro in polietilene monoadesivo. Alla fine del montaggio l’Accoppiato Isolast 200 dovrà essere stuccato come un normale controsoffitto. Successivamente andrà tagliato con un cutter il nastro monoadesivo in eccedenza e sigillato con sigillante bianco verniciabile (vedi foto dimostrative).

Installation solutions for ceiling use: “Isolast 200 Std A2”* th. total 23 mm, dim. mm 1200x2500. This soundproofing sandwich sheet is ideal for horizontal use thanks to the soundproof panel with 200 kg/m³ density. This product is indicated for application by mechanical fasteners with self-perforating screws to the frame. The support frame must be hung with special sound hangers and insulated around the perimeter with the mono-adhesive polyethylene tape. At the end of assembly, the Isolast 200 sandwich board must be plastered like a normal false ceiling. Next, the excess mono-adhesive tape must be cut with an exacto-knife and seal with paintable white sealer (see demo photo).

In cartongesso fono-isolanti
Consigli di posa: Per migliorare l’isolamento acustico è oppurtuno utilizzare piccoli e semplici accorgimenti. Installation tips: Small and simple touches should be used for better soundproofing.
Prima di inziare l’applicazione delle lastre fonoisolanti Isolast si consiglia la stesura di nastro in carta gommata da 5 cm su tutto il perimetro della superficie da isolare.
Successivamente sulla carta gommata andrà applicato il nastro monoadesivo in polietilene.
In caso di isolamento verticale le lastre andranno incollate alla parete con malta adesiva applicata a plotte a circa 35-40 cm di distanza, ciascuna. (in caso di supporto precario e con poca aderenza, la superficie di incollaggio andrà picchettata).
In caso di isolamento orizzontale andrà fissato il perimetrale sempre con monoadesivo incollato su tutte le pareti perimetrali, mentre la struttura di sostegno del controsoffitto acustico Isolast andrà sostenuta con pendini acustici in grado di interrompere le vibrazioni sonore.
Before installing the Isolast soundproof sheets, we recommend you lay 5 cm coated paper tape along the entire surface perimeter to be insulated.
Next, apply the polyethylene mono-adhesive tape on the coated paper.
For vertical insulation, sheets should be glued to the wall with adhesive mortar applied in plots about 35-40 cm apart. (for precarious support or poor adherence, the glue surface should be spotted).
For horizontal insulation, always secure the perimeter with monoadhesive tape glue on all perimeter walls while the Isolast soundproof false ceiling support structure will be sustained with sound hangers able to interrupt sound vibrations.

Plasterboard soundproofing
Dopo il placcaggio a parete o il fissaggio meccanico a soffitto delle lastre fonoisolanti Isolast, procedere alla stuccatura del perimetro e dei giunti.
Tagliare con un cutter il nastro in polietilene in eccesso. La carta gommata messa precedentemente aiuta a togliere facilmente il nastro di polietilene senza rovinare il muro esistente e senza lasciare traccia di colla.
Sul perimetro, in corrispondenza del giunto acustico creato col nastro in polietilene si dovrà stendere una striscia di sigillante bianco verniciabile.
Alla fine del lavoro la parete in oggetto potrà essere trattata con qualsiasi tipo di finitura.
After securing the Isolast soundproofing sheets to the wall or mechanically fastened to the ceiling, plaster the perimeter and joints.
Cut the excess polyethylene tape with an exacto-knife. The previously laid coated paper helps to easily remove the polyethylene tape without ruining the existent wall and without leave glue traces.
A strip of paintable white sealer should be applied on the perimeter, at the sound joint created with the polyethylene tape.
When finished, the wall can be treated with any type of finish.

Il telaio è ottenuto da un unico foglio di lamiera che viene tagliato, piegato, sagomato, preforato, assemblato, e, solo successivamente, zincato, a garanzia di una migliore qualità e durata nel tempo. Il telaio così preparato, viene completato con lastre di cartongesso antincendio in classe tipo F secondo UNI EN 520 in classe di reazione al fuoco A2-s1,d0. GYPS FIRE 120, è prodotta in 4 tipologie per essere applicata nei seguenti vani tecnici ispezionabili: - Controsoffitto - Parete divisoria - Controparete - Cavedio Tecnico
Le norme di prevenzione incendi richiedono requisiti specifici per ogni elemento costruttivo e prevedono che ognuno di essi sia sottoposto a prove di RESISTENZA AL FUOCO, presso laboratori autorizzati dal Ministero dell’Interno. Le botole antincendio GYPS FIRE per controsoffitto, cavedio tecnico, parete, e controparete vengono fornite con rapporto di classificazione e fascicolo tecnico secondo quanto previsto dal D.M. 16/02/2007 allegato B. In ogni caso, la validità della soluzione dovrà essere certificata in opera a carico del cliente, da un professionista iscritto negli elenchidel Ministero dell’Interno che redigerà la modulistica prevista dal decreto DCPST n° 200 DEL 31/10/2012.

Le botole GYPS FIRE 120 sono disponibili nelle tipologie e dimensioni standard descritte nel presente listino. Le prove sono state eseguite in modo da consentire la realizzazione di botole su richiesta con dimensioni intermedie.
GYPS FIRE 120 trapdoors are available in the standard versions and dimensions described in the previous price list. Tests were conducted to permit custom trapdoor production with intermediate dimensions.
La norma UNI 9723 infatti, esplicita le estensioni dei risultati ad elementi con dimensioni diverse da quelle provate. Si è quindi concordato col laboratorio la procedura di eseguire la prova installando due botole, nelle dimensioni minime e massime previste nella realtà, secondo il principio di interpolazione dei risultati. Essendo state provate le dimensioni suddette, è ammessa la realizzazione di botole di tutte le dimensioni intermedie comprese fra il minimo e il massimo, mantenendo il medesimo sistema costruttivo precedentemente descritto.
In fact, UNI 9723 standards extend results to elements with dimensions other than those tested. Thus, the test procedure agreed with the laboratory includes two trapdoors, in the actual minimum and maximum dimensions, according to the result interpolation principle. General sales conditions • ORDINI Sono da ritenersi validi solo gli ordini accettati mediante conferma scritta. In caso di ANNULLAMENTO dell’ordine da parte dell’acquirente, la venditrice addebiterà i materiali già prodotti, e i costi già sostenuti per l’imballo e il trasporto. • PREZZI Il presente listino annulla e sostituisce ogni precedente. La venditrice si riserva, comunque, la facoltà di variare i prezzi e le condizioni di vendita, al variare dei costi delle materie prime e della manodopera. • TERMINI DI CONSEGNA Il termine di consegna indicato sulle conferme d’ordine, è espresso in GIORNI LAVORATIVI, e si intende SALVO IMPREVISTI indipendenti dalla volontà della venditrice. In ogni caso, tale termine non è da intendersi tassativo. Ritardi dovuti a cause di forza maggiore o ad altri, previsti dalla legge, non danno diritto ne ad annullare l’ordine ne a risarcimenti danni, ne tanto meno alla sospensione dei pagamenti concordati. • TRASPORTO E IMBALLO La merce viene affidata esclusivamente a VETTORI specializzati con i quali sono concordate le specifiche e le modalità di imballo e protezione dei materiali. La merce viaggia a rischio e pericolo del CLIENTE committente anche se venduta Franco Destino. I costi di trasporto e imballo verranno valutati e comunicati all’emissione della conferma d’ordine. • RECLAMI E’ fondamentale controllare attentamente il pacco o il collo al momento del ricevimento. I reclami in merito a difformità riscontrate, dovranno essere comunicati, a mezzo fax, entro i termini di legge (8 gg. Data consegna), previa descrizione del danneggiamento e della problematica direttamente sul Ddt. La sola dicitura “MERCE ACCETTATA con RISERVA DI CONTROLLO” comporta la NON accettazione della pratica assicurativa e, quindi la nullità della contestazione. Le comunicazioni fax andranno inviate al vettore, alla venditrice e per conoscenza al rappresentante. Trascorsi i termini di legge e, in mancanza di “RISERVA”, non sarà possibile procedere all’istruzione della pratica di risarcimento.
• RESI Eventuali resi dovranno essere preventivamente autorizzati a mezzo fax dalla Direzione Commerciale della venditrice. Non saranno comunque accettati resi di materiali privi di imballi idonei alla spedizione. • PAGAMENTI Sono validi i pagamenti concordati con la Direzione Commerciale della venditrice. Per le produzioni e le realizzazioni a misura, sarà richiesto il pagamento all’ordine. Il Cliente riconosce espressamente a Gyps Srl, il Riservato Dominio della merce fornita sino al completamento del pagamento dell’importo fatturato e successivamente al buon esito dei titoli emessi a copertura. In caso di ritardato pagamento, verranno addebitati al cliente i costi e gli oneri sostenuti dalla venditrice così come previsto dalle vigenti Leggi. • CONTROVERSIE Tutti i contratti, si intenderanno sempre perfezionati in Italia e saranno sottoposti alla Legge italiana. Costs for shipping and packaging will be assessed and communicated to realase of the order confirmation. • COMPLAINTS The package or box must be carefully inspected upon receipt. Claims concerning defects must be communicated by fax within legal deadlines (8 days from delivery) describing the damages and problems directly on the shipping bill. The sole indication “GOODS ACCEPTED with INSPECTION RESERVES” implies the REJECTION of the insurance procedure and, thus, voids the claim. Fax communications should be sent to the shipping agent, seller and, for information, to the sales
rep. After the legal deadline and in lack of “RESERVES”, the claim procedure will be suspended. • RETURNS Any returns must be previously authorised by fax by the seller’s Sales department. Material returns without suitable packaging shall not be accepted. • PAYMENTS Payments agreed with the seller’s Sales department are valid. Payment is required on order for custom productions. The customer expressly recognises Gyps Srl’s property rights on supplied goods until the invoiced amount is settled and successful collection of securities. In the event of late payments, the customer will be charged the costs and fees incurred by the seller as foreseen by law. • DISPUTES All contracts are considered closed in Italy and subject to Italian law. Any dispute will be submitted to the Court of Rimini, Italy. • PRIVACY CONSENT For all intents and purposes of Law 675/96, the customer authorises the seller, Gyps Srl, to process his/her personal data using manual, automated and electronic means for the following purposes: accounting, tax, control and consequent contract obligations; financial and auditing purposes, customer relations, purposes associated with legal obligations; acquisition of information to help assess any risks associated with contract closure or execution. • GENERAL SALES CONDITION VALIDITY By transmitting the order, the customer fully accepts these General Sales Conditions and the same apply to any additional supply requested and completed until the publication of new General Sales Conditions. • PACKAGING AND SHIPPING IN ITALY It will be communicated upon estimate/order based on shipping volume and weight.
