GECOPREMAFRICA Co.Ltd is the regional leader in the construction of prefabricated structures for both industrial and civil use, and in the production of prefabricated components and elements for construction use in general with an experience of over 50 years in this sector. The care for even the most minimal details have determined that every single prefabrication is the result of a precise planning and design that consider also structural restrictions and above all the client’s needs. A particular attention is dedicated to chromatic and architectonic finish of the structure with the use of coloured granolithic, if requested and with the personalization of the building with a logo or trademark of the client. As well as the production of prefabricated buildings for industrial use, our works include the production of prefabricated housing for civil use. In this sector GECOPREMAFRICA Co.Ltd meets the needs of housing private families. In this sector we have produced a series of one-floor or multiplane structures for different uses (office, bars, newsstands, restaurants, private housed, bungalows for holiday villages ect.). The internal subdivision of the structures are studied so as to guarantee the maximum comfort and can be designed together considering the client’s projects and needs.
