DIGNITY HEALTH PHASING PLAN
TOTAL PARKING COUNT 1,487 Phase 1 of the logistics plan has several goals. Those goals are to provide additional surface parking and storm water retention for the facility while the Tower 2 project is being constructed. The Phase 1 logistics plan is broken into 3 different work areas all with a specific purpose. The largest area of Phase 1 includes all of future parking S1 along with the creation of the new central utility plant access that comes off Fairview Street. The middle portion of Phase 1 will be the construction of a paved but temporary owner entrance off Fairview Street. The temporary entrance will allow for future construction of the parking garage and Tower D. The third portion of Phase 1 is the construction of future parking lot S4 along Pennington Street. This work will create additional surface parking for the facility while the first half of the parking garage is being constructed. There will be several smaller utility projects going on simultaneously during this phase of work.

Phase 2 of the logistics plan is the construction of the parking garage. The Phase 2 construction zone will be very tight. It will encompass a portion of the central utility plant access and the current owner entrance that comes of Fairview Street. Large truck access gates will be installed so the facilities team has access to the central utility plant in the event the need arises.

TOTAL PARKING COUNT 1,679 Phase 3 of the logistics plan is the actual establishment of the Tower 2 construction perimeter fence that creates the staging and construction zone required to construct Tower D. The Phase 3 construction access entrance will be off Pennington Street. The owner entrance off Pennington that has a curve going directly to Tower C will remain until the late stages of Tower D construction. As Tower D is nearing completion, future parking S5 will be completed and opened to the public. The parking lot at the Southeast of the facility on the corner of Fairview and Pennington will be available to the owner during the construction of Tower D. It will be accessible via the temporary entrance off Fairview. There could be a narrow alley left between the construction zone and the new parking garage that would allow for shuttle golf carts to access the lot if necessary. If not necessary, then additional construction staging would be welcome, along with a huge advantage, to the overall project and schedule.
