MEET OUR SALES TEAM Jan graduated from the Hotel Management school in Switzerland and worked in the hotel business for many years in the US Virgin islands and St. Maarten, then started his own Timeshare Resale Business. He moved to Aruba in 2007 where he joined Coldwell Banker as a senior broker. With his vast experience he will be happy to assist you with all your Real Estate needs.
Ellen graduated from the Amsterdam School of Business, the Florida International University in Miami, and then completed a long life dream when she obtained her real estate license in the state of Florida. She and her husband had the experience of renovating an older home, and it was then that she joined the real-estate business in 2008 and has never looked back.
Soraida is originally from the neighboring island of Curacao, but moved to Aruba in 1980. She had her training as a Sales Associate with Coldwell Banker in Curacao in 2010. She has been working as a realtor ever since and has built up a lot of confidence both in selling and renting. She handles both our home and commercial sales as well.
Niek is the newest member of the team! After living for 23 years in the Netherlands, Niek moved to Curacao where he successfully set up several restaurants. He always had an affinity with real estate. He bought several properties as investment. Because of his wife’s work, he moved with his family to Aruba. This gave him the opportunity to focus fully on Real Estate.
