A brand is only successful if it speaks to the targeted audience, is recognizable in all of its iterations, and sends the appropriate message Strength and recognition of a successful brand identity are directly related to the consistency with which it is applied throughout all channels of communication. AWARDS

The Coldwell Banker International Awards & Recognition program is designed to spotlight those agents and teams who have achieved the highest levels of success. Award designations are based on two production categories for a calendar year: adjusted gross commission income (AGCI) or units AGCI is comprised of commercial sales, residential sales, leases, and incoming referral income received after outgoing referral fees and outside broker splits have been deducted. Units is comprised of only residential sales units.

Your listing can qualify for the Global Luxury program even if you are not a certified Luxury Property Specialist (see page 28). The main qualifier is price; however, the property must also have professional photography and be approved by CB’s quality control based on an overall aesthetic that fits with the image of Coldwell Banker Global Luxury listings Minimum price thresholds vary by zip code.

HOW DO I USE IT?

If your property is just under the minimum threshold, you can use range pricing in order to qualify as long as the top of the range is at or above the minimum price threshold. If you determine that your property does qualify as Global Luxury, see Global Luxury Listing Syndication on page 24.

Q: WHAT IS THE PROCESS FOR REFERRING A POTENTIAL AGENT THROUGH THE PROGRAM?

A: As a Sponsoring Agent, you will need to send the potential recruit a unique link to the Referral Rewards Interest Form where they will be required to confirm their contact information and identify a destination office. To be eligible for Referral Rewards Commission Payments, this form must be completed and submitted prior to the Recruited Agent’s affiliation date with a Coldwell Banker® or Coldwell Banker Commercial® office*.

Q: IS THERE A LIMIT TO HOW MANY AGENTS I CAN REFER?

A: No, there is no limit to the number, nor is there a Referral Rewards Commission Payment cap Referral Rewards Commission Payments will be equal to 1% of the Recruited Agent’s adjusted gross commission income (AGCI) on eligible closed transactions (residential sale, residential rental, commercial sale, or commercial lease) following the Recruited Agent’s date of association until either you or the Recruited Agent are no longer affiliated with a participating Coldwell Banker company for any reason.

Q: CAN I REFER AN AGENT TO A COLDWELL BANKER REALTY COMPANY?

A: Yes A Sponsoring Agent can refer a Recruited Agent to a Coldwell Banker Realty owned office if the Coldwell Banker Franchised Office where the Sponsoring Agent is affiliated participates in the Referral Rewards Program. The Referral Rewards Commission Payment is the equivalent of 1% of the Recruited Agent’s adjusted gross commission income (AGCI) on all eligible closed transactions for as long as you both remain associated with either Coldwell Banker Realty or a participating Coldwell Banker Franchised Office

Q: CAN MORE THAN ONE AGENT SPONSOR THE SAME AGENT?

A: Yes, two agents can co-sponsor the same agent. In this scenario, the two Co-Sponsoring Agents must be identified on the Referral Rewards Interest Form at the time it is submitted and will equally split the Referral Rewards Commission Payments If one of the Co-Sponsoring Agents leaves the company, the remaining CoSponsoring Agent will continue to receive their 0 5%

Q: CAN I REFER AN AGENT WHO WAS PREVIOUSLY AFFILIATED WITH THE COMPANY?

A: An agent is not eligible to be a Recruited Agent if the agent was affiliated with an Anywhere Brands/Anywhere Advisors company (e.g. a Corcoran®, CENTURY 21®, Coldwell Banker®, Coldwell Banker Commercial®, ERA®, Sotheby’s International Realty®, and Better Homes and Gardens® Real Estate brokerage) within six (6) months of their new affiliation date, or is an agent who qualifies for other recruitment incentive programs offered by Coldwell Banker The only exception is where an agent affiliated with a Coldwell Banker company is relocating to a different geographic area. In such case the affiliated Coldwell Banker agent may qualify as an Eligible Recruit under the Program, if: (i) their new Coldwell Banker office location is a minimum of 100 miles from the prior office and the new office location is not owned by the same company as the prior office, and (ii) there are no office locations owned by the same company as the prior office within 50 miles of the new office location

Q: AS A SPONSORING AGENT, HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN I SHOULD EXPECT QUALIFYING REFERRAL COMMISSIONS?

A: Sponsoring Agents will receive an email notification when they have earned a Referral Reward Commission Payment on a Recruited Agent’s eligible closed transactions reporting in the Coldwell Banker® Reporting System. WHAT TO KNOW ABOUT OUTGOING REFERRALS

You DO NOT have to be on the relocation team to send Outgoing Referrals All Outgoing Referrals must be sent through the relocation department.

Anywhere network includes Coldwell Banker, C-21, ERA, BHGRE, Sotheby's and Corcoran. We will always choose the best company to fit your referral.

The standard Outgoing Referral fee sent in the network is 35%. CB Barnes retains 21% and you will receive 90% of that!

You sit back and let OpCity do the heavy lifting! Claiming leads will help build your score, regardless of whether you ultimately win the lead

Contacting your leads directly through the app improves your metrics!

Agents who keep their referrals updated are rewarded! If you don’t keep them updated you will stop receiving leads!

Closing 3 referrals will enable you to customize your areas and price points!

You can turn off leasing! You do not have to work with rental referrals!

Turning Snooze On/Off will not affect your metrics!

You are rewarded for any progress made with a lead: meetings, offers, contracts and especially closings!

The higher your ranking, the more leads and the longer you have to claim!

If you don’t click on an opportunity, it will affect the amount of future referrals you receive!

If you don’t update your leads at least once a week, it will negatively affect your metrics!

If you are not utilizing the Virtual Learning Academy providing Webinars and On-Demand Education for Agents, you are not maximizing the potential to improve your OpCity leads!

Your account will go “Delinquent” if you go 21 days or more without updating the status of your active referrals

If your account is marked “InActive” you have not been claiming leads, not engaging with referrals and not submitting weekly updates

If you don’t Claim leads, you will stop receiving opportunities! 1 Leads that you don’t Claim go to another agent and brokerage in our community!

If your account goes “Delinquent” your referrals will get released back to Realtor.com & you will not be able to receive new referrals

If your account goes “InActive” you will stop receiving new leads

If you have an OpCity referral close but is not reported to OpCity & the referral fee paid, they will eventually catch up with you!

GENERAL REMINDERS:

All OpCity Referrals have the Broker Service Fee (BSF) 1. If the BSF is not on the ALTA, it will be taken out of the agents commission

If an OpCity referral has multiple transactions with the agent, you have to notify OpCity to open additional files as you are contractually obligated (as is CB Barnes) to pay a referral fee on all referrals for a period of 24 months

Commission Payout: Agent receives 45% of the transaction commission as shown on the ALTA. The company pays the referral fee to OpCity and the Franchise Fee

If you work with an OpCity Rental Referral, you will receive all monies received minus the referral fee owed to OpCity and the 6% franchise fee

It is recommended to use the Snooze & Do Not Disturb button when you are not available to claim a lead
