Prepare and interpret market analysis for the property you are buying (determines if the price and terms of the listed property are correct). Analyze and compare pluses and minuses of different properties you are considering. Discuss the value variables of different neighborhoods (what neighborhoods hold their property values). Provide you with information that is conveyed about the seller’s motivation.
