Red and White Ribbon Wands

YOU WILL NEED:

 a stick  red and white ribbon  double sided tape  scissors

INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Cut long pieces of red and white ribbon for your streamers. We cut three red and three white, but you can make your ribbon wand as full as you like! 2. Wrap the top of your stick with double sided tape and stick on the ribbons. 3. Wrap the top of the stick with double sided tape once more to secure the ribbons, then cover the tape with more ribbon.
