Join Albertans across the province on February 1 for an outdoor walk, celebrating Winter Walk Day!

We all know that walking is good for us - here are some of the benefits: - strengthens bones and muscles - improves endurance - helps maintain a healthy body weight - helps prevent and manage chronic health conditions - improves energy, mood, sleep quality, immunity - reduces stress and tension

Being outdoors increases these benefits even more!
