Liberty on the River is urban master planned mixed use residential complex. This project is located along the Delaware River in Philadelphia PA. Colin was brought in during the schematic design of the building to render images for the City of Philadelphia. As the project progressed Colin worked closely with Architect Kenneth Hart on designing and drafting the residential unit layouts. Also created presentation sets for meetings with clients, Delaware River Water Committee, and the City of Philadelphia.
