Collectif, winner of a Drapers Independent Award, was born at the dawn of the Millennium from one of the most exciting retail destinations in the world - Camden Stables Market. Today, Collectif offers reproduction clothing made accessible for the modern woman. With designs and fabrics inspired by the 1940s and 50s, the detailing of our styles adds a vintage touch to every garment, setting them apart from the high street.
We are a growing brand, with several retail stores in the London area, as well as a concession in LA and an extensive retail and wholesale database, boasting hundreds of thousands of customers across the globe. Collectif is a genuine multi-channel operation; with a website enabling quick and easy retail and wholesale purchases, we are only set to grow year on year.
Collectif Vintage offers reproduction clothing made accessible for the modern woman. With designs and fabrics inspired by the 1940s and 50s, the detailing of our styles adds a vintage touch to every garment, setting them apart from the high street. We are trend influenced, but not trend led. As always, this AW16 we present a full collection- dresses, separates, and outerwear, including three main themes; Luxe, Mid-Century Mode & Forties Flourish.
“To adorn oneself in something luxurious�. Picking up on leading AW16 fabric trends, our theme Luxe features vintage silhouettes, with an extra touch of extravagance. The key fabrics include velvet, bespoke velvet flock prints, gold jacquard, faux fur, granular tweed, lurex and satin. Our second theme, Mid-Century Mode, takes inspiration from the interior design of the 1950s. This theme features classic silhouettes, with prints and fabrics inspired by the home furnishings of days gone by. The key fabrics include woven checks, mid-century abstract prints & 50s florals.
As the name suggests, our final theme, Forties Flourish, features 1940s inspired silhouettes and fabrics. This eclectic theme includes styles ranging from land girl inspired looks, to thoroughly sophisticated ensembles. The key fabrics include woven checks, bespoke 40s inspired florals, boucle wool and vintage crepes.
