On-Campus Housing Your student can love where they live when living on campus at KSU! Approximately 5,200 residential students live in eight residential communities on our two campuses. On the Kennesaw Campus, students have the option to live in Austin Residence Complex, KSU Place, University Village or University Village Suites. On the Marietta Campus, students can live in Hornet Village, University Columns, University Commons or University Courtyard. Each community offers unique features and themed community housing options to meet the needs of KSU’s diverse student populations, including First-Year Experience students, Honors Program students, veteran students, non-traditional students and international students. matter where students are in their academic careers, there is an on-campus residential community to suit their needs. On-campus housing options include utilities, furniture, cable and internet. There are multiple payment options, including online payment with a credit card, and financial aid is available to pay housing costs. Signing up for on-campus housing is done online, and can be completed as soon as your student is fully admitted to KSU, and the Housing Application has opened.
