Got Mail? Every student loves to feel the excitement of receiving mail from home! Mail service on USI’s campus is provided to students in a variety of formats. We’ve outlined the following information so you can be sure to get mail to your student in a timely manner. Please refrain from addressing mail to our business address of 8600 University Blvd., as this is indicative of business mail for the University. Know Your Student’s Mailing Address: Residence Halls The hall name does not go in the address. Your student’s name should be on the top line, and the hall street address should be on the second line. On-Campus Apartments On-campus apartments use regular street addresses. Like the residence halls, the name of the apartment building does not go in the address. The student’s name goes first, followed by the apartment number assigned, which acts as a street number versus a box address, and is followed by the street name.

USI Campus Store The USI Campus Store is located on the first floor of University Center West and has textbooks (new, used, digital and rental), art and school supplies, logo wear and golf items. In addition to being an authorized Apple Reseller to students, faculty and staff, the Campus Store provides UPS shipping services and sells stamps. Other services include photocopying, faxing and check cashing. Students can order online or call to have an order shipped. Campus Store Hours Monday–Thursday 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday and Sunday CLOSED Visit the USI Campus Store online at USI.edu/campusstore.

Children’s Learning Center USI operates the Children’s Learning Center with full-time professional care for two-yearolds and part- and full-time care during the day for children ages three to five who do not meet the kindergarten entrance cutoff date. The center is accredited through the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC), is state licensed, is on Level 4 on Paths to Quality and has five stars on the IDEM 5 Star Program. Childcare is available for a fee to faculty, staff and students. Hours of operation are 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday when the University is open. Eagle Access Card The Eagle Access Card is USI’s photo identification card (ID) for students, staff and faculty. In addition to being an ID card, the Eagle Access Card is a convenient, easy and safe way to access products and services without carrying cash. By activating the declining balance feature of the card, students make the ID card a debit card as well. Simply deposit funds into your student’s personal FLEX account and then they can use their Eagle Access Card across campus for: • Campus Store purchases/ book buyback • Sodexo Food Services • Computer lab printers • USI Copy Center purchases and student copiers • Laundry The Eagle Access Card serves as the student’s: • Rice Library card • Recreation, Fitness, and Wellness Center entry card • Athletic events entry card • Food Service Meal Plan card For more information visit: USI.sodexomyway.com.
