Institutional Diversity (IDEAL) creates a sense of belonginess for students by providing social program, dialogues, and immersive experiences. IDEAL thrives in creating a brave environment that stimulates identity exploration, authentic conversations, and social change.

Diversity Peers

IDEAL have 10–13 trained student leaders that facilitate workshops, plan student programming, and provide diversity consultations. These students utilize an intersectional lens to foster visibility, empowerment, and awareness for principles that promote a socially aware campus.
