Expressive Architecture. Estelle’s folding, tilting roof form adds a defining edge to the building, referencing the angles of the Federation home that originally occupied the site. The light metal structure is grounded on a strong concrete and glass base making the upper floor appear as if to float effortlessly above the ground, with modern bay windows protruding to draw light deep into the residences. Estelle’s interior design direction considers the connection to the architecture, ensuring a harmonious transition as you enter the apartments via the luminous glass foyer. The

interior palette is sophisticated, warm and inviting. Generous spaces have been designed to be simple, clean and efficient, harnessing natural light and air-flow while maintaining privacy.


Elegant Palettes. A choice of two interior palettes allows you to personalise your surroundings, influencing select finishes throughout the residences, including the fully integrated designer kitchens. Engineered stone benchtops and splashbacks come in a mottled terrazzo look or paler marbleveined look, complementing the bold black timber joinery and pale grey French oak floors.

Enduring Style. Highly individual in their aesthetic, the bathrooms have a bold sense of drama to them, with a contrasting of textures and tones. Dogall Dark Grey floor tiles extend half way up the wall, where Montauk Black slate tiles add a strong design element. Frameless glass shower screens rise all the way to the ceilings for a seamless look.

Lawless & Meyerson specialises in creating beautiful spaces for people to live in, work in and enjoy. Each commission is treated individually, collaborating with clients to ensure the project has meaning to its inhabitants, enriching their experience throughout the design and building process to completion.
