RESIDE PARKSIDE The heritage gardens of the Big Stable add to the old world charm of Figtree Pocket. Newmarket has been a landmark in Randwick’s racing history, since it was first established in the early 1860s. In 1887 the Big Stable, which sits on the Southern boundary of Figtree Pocket, was built and has housed thousands of racehorses over the last 130 years.
